"How have you been Nau'Jour?" I stare at my therapist wit bored eyes.

She was borin asf buh I guess she been helpin me.

"Igh." I shrugged my shoulders while she stared at me.

"You seem a lot less aggressive in these sessions, what changed?" I'll admit I was aggressive asf when we first started buh now I jus ain't give a fuck.

"Ion know." I gave her a shrug and she wrote that down.

"How is Oriana?" I'm surprised she remembered ha name. "She Igh. Lookin fo a house and shii." Dat was true. Oriana been house shoppin fo da both of us.

She agreed ta move in wit me if we got a new house.

She was givin ha apartment ta Lee.

"House for you and her or just her? How does that make you feel?"

Here we go wit da borin shii.

"Me and ha." She writes that down.

"Have you been drinking?"

"No."

"Smoking?"

"Yes."

I love me some good weed. Ion drink like dat tho.

"Is smoking still a bad habit for you?"

I nodded and she continued with the session.  "Inside of smoking, I want you to try eating candy. It works."

I stare at ha wit dead eyes.

Tf I look like? A li ass boy?

"Nah I'm good." I leaned back and I noticed she looked at my pants.

Weirdo.

"Let's discuss your past and what got you into smoking."

I sigh and think back.

"I had bad habits since I was 14. I got into hard drugs when I was 14 cause of the dude I worked fo. I stopped doin em tho after I overdosed at 16 and I got into weed when I was 17."

She wrote all that down.

I'm not gon front and say I had tha perfect life.

I've overdosed befo. I've tried ta kill myself befo.

I even did coke. For a year at least.

I'm not proud of any of that buh I've been clean of any drugs besides weed fo like 8 years.

Das the only thing I'm proud of.

The session went on for two hours before she said it was over. "I'll see you again soon Nau'Jour. keep up the excellent work,"
