[Vegas P.O.V]

Today was so tiring and I know that the day is gonna be longer today. I took a cold shower to calm myself. Today I'm seriously gonna change Macau's misconception regarding my cooking skills.

When I came out, I saw Pete smiling at me. "Don't you dare smile at my misery! I know you had a plan about it all along", I told him while feigning annoyance.

With his hands he gestured me to come and sit in front of him. He started drying my wet hair with towel. "Cooking together today was my plan all along. But I never thought Macau will take it to Hahaha! Face Off. Hahaha!", and he started laughing so hard.

I can only grunt in annoyance. He made me turn towards him and cupped my face to tell, "Did you take the face off for real? Huh? Common Vegas it's just gonna be a family fun time". "No Pete. I'm gonna show off my real cooking skills tonight. I have cooked for that brat before yet he doesn't believe me!", I pouted.

While caressing my head Pete said, "I know that My Michelin Starred Chef Vegas will Rock it. Now let's go downstairs. Did you even decide the menu?"

When he stood up, I hugged his waist, "I need some energy". Pete just smiled and kept caressing my head...

When we went downstairs I saw Macau making a partition with chalk. "Oh you two are here. Good! P'Pete come to me. We r this side and Hia your's counter is that side" declared Macau.

Seriously what am I gonna do with his brat!!!!

"Macau there's no need to separate things. I told u right that in family sharing is caring", Pete tried to control Macau's craziness. "P'Pete U promised..." "Of course we two are a team but no need fight with him like this. Right Macau! Common let's decide the menu" Pete hurriedly said.

All I can do is sigh. Thankfully Venice is sleeping. Else it would become so much more chaotic...

While they were deciding, I said "I'll cook 'Khua Kling' and 'Southern Crab Curry'. So you both choose something else".

I saw that emotional smile on Pete's face and happiness in his eyes.

I might have cooked Khua Kling many a times for Pete, but I'll never get tired of doing it, cause I still regret that day in Safehouse when my Pa's action lead me to hurt Pete so much. Pete didn't even get to taste my first ever cooking of a proper dish.

Pete looked into my eyes and mouthed "I Love You". I know very well that he too will never get tired of my Khua Kling...

"Macau how about 'Tom Yum Kung' and 'Green Thai Curry'?" Pete asked. Macau pouted, "Is it a Thai Dish making competition? I want to cook Steak and mashed potato". Oh! seriously that brat.

I could clearly see displeasure in Pete's face. But before I could say anything, Pete said, "Macau we should take pride in our Thai Culture. Don't you see Foreigners are so much interested in our culture. So why should we go for Western. Today's Thai Family time. Okay dear..."

Macau just nodded. He too knows that Pete's love for Rice and Thai food is above everything else. Arguing is not a safe option.

Only my Pete can control that headstrong boy. "Ha! Ha Ha!"

"What are you laughing at?" Macau asked me. "Oh! nothing. Common let's get started! Oh by the way, today's dessert is gonna be a real surprise. Something you have never eaten", I said with a grin.

"Can we even eat that?"

"MACAU!" both me and Pete shouted in unison

"What! P'Pete U r supposed to be my team. I'm just boosting our morale" said Macau.
