(y/n)'s pov

Outside the ship all you could hear was the sounds of explosions. All I wanted to do was get off this blasted ship. I have been here far too long. I followed Anakin as he picked up Obi-Wan, walking towards the elevators so we could make our escape.

Anakin sighed, "Elevators not working." More blasts shot the ship, making it shake and causing me to almost lose balance. "R2, activate elevator 3224."

Just then, the ship shook violently, causing us to fall forward. I let out a startled scream, grabbing onto the opened elevator doors as we began hanging as the ship went down.

"This is why I hate flying!" I groaned, trying my best to hold up all of my weight with my weakened state.

Anakin and Palpatine pulled themselves up onto the sides of the elevator, Anakin reaching his hand down to help pull me up. I don't know how he has the strength to pull myself and hold Obi-Wan over his shoulders like that, but I was grateful for the help.

"Are you alright, Princess?" Palpatine asked, fake concern lacing his voice.

"Fine, Chancellor. I'll be better once we're off this blasted ship." I huffed, following Anakin as he ran down the elevator shaft.

Suddenly, the ship violently shook again, and we began levelling out again. I let out a yelp as we began slipping, trying to grab anything I could to save myself from falling. I was able to hold onto a small ledge, holding on for dear life as I looked down and saw that Anakin had just barely managed to grab a loose wire.

"I just want to go home." I sighed, looking around to find anything to help stabilize me. I could feel all of my energy draining, causing me to slip a few times.

"Do not let go of that ledge, Princess." Anakin yelled, his eyes meeting mine with a warning glare.

"As if I would purposely do that."

I don't like you very much.

I watched as Obi-Wan gasped, gripping Anakin as he looked around confused.

"Easy. We're in a bit of a situation here." He said, causing me to scoff out a laugh.

"A bit? Your army is destroying the ship we're on, your own men are killing us!" I stated, feeling irritation rise in my chest as I rolled my eyes. Anakin looked up at me with narrowed eyes, he was about to say something when Obi-Wan spoke up.

"Did a miss something?"

A few things, actually.

"Hold on."

"What is that?" Obi-Wan's eyes widened, causing me to look up and see that there was an elevator falling towards us. "Uh, oops." Anakin panicked.

"Remind me to kill you when we make it off this ship!" I sneered, hating every second of this impending doom.

He began yelling into his communicator to R2, telling him to shut down the elevator. The elevator was just falling faster and faster.

"Too late, Princess, jump!" Obi-Wan yelled, and without hesitation I jumped.

We all started falling, I was screaming until I felt a tight arm around my waist. We began swinging into an open elevator door, landing on the safe ground. Whoever grabbed me held me so tight that we were stuck together as we rolled along the floor, I leg out a groan, the pain of landing on the hard ground only adding to my wounds. I let out a heavy breath, looking up from the padded chest and into the same irritating blue eyes that saved my skin earlier. I sighed, momentarily dropping my forehead onto his chest as his hands were still tightly secured around my waist. I just need a minute.
