Erica pov
I wake up feeling a warm body next to me.
I look over and come face to face with a naked sleeping Eddie.
Oh I did not.
Aye he's good in bed though way better than my ex.
I get out of bed slowly and grab his shirt from the floor.
I walk to the kitchen and start making food.
We do have work today.
I was almost done when I hear footsteps.
"Morning" I smile at him.
"Morning" he says and sits at the table and watch me for a bit.
"I thought I would make us breakfast before we leave out for work." I say and he nods "good idea"
We eat and take a shower and walk out to his car.
"You know what Buck is gonna say right" I get in the car "what?"
"He's gonna ask a bunch of questions and we are riding to work together that's just asking for all the questions he has going on thew that small head of his." We laugh.
We make it to work and walk in talking when out of nowhere Buck appears.
"Your showing up to work together then your actually on time" he looks at us before he gets closer "is that a love mark on your neck"
"Buck mind your business" I say and kiss Eddie cheek and walk away.
Buck pov
I watch as Erica walks away her hips swaying as she goes.
"Dude I know you didn't sleep with Erica my best friend!" I whisper harshly to Eddie.
"Well I wasn't planning on it really things just happened but I'm sorta glad they did" he said and walks away.
He's glad?!. No,no,no,no. They can't be together.
I have to fix this or something.
I mean really she's free to do what she wants but I like her.
Since we ran away together since Maddie didn't come with us.
The bell go off and I race off to the truck with the others.
We make it to this building fire.
I get my orders from cap and race inside.
Time skip
We got everyone out and was about to start hosing the building down.
"Wait my son!, he's still in there!" A mother comes running up to us.
"Buck no" Erica says but I ignored her.
I race inside.
Erica pov
I watch as Buck runs inside.
I can feel myself panicking.
"Buck" I whisper waiting for him to come out.
Eddie puts his hand on my shoulder but I shrugged it off.
"Buck do you copy?!" I say into my radio.
Nothing, he doesn't respond.
"Look" I hear and look up to see Buck carrying a little boy.
He puts him down on the gurney and I run to him and punch him in his arm.
"Don't scare me like that" I say and hug him.
Third pov
Eddie looks at Buck and Erica as they hug.
He shakes his head and turns around to help clean things up.
"I love you Erica...my best friend" Buck says and Erica feels her eyes water.
"Yeah yeah, let's clean up" Erica says and she walks away.
