"Daddy, you're home," Alex squealed, rushing over. I laughed and swept him off his feet, hugging him tightly.

"I missed you, buddy," I kissed his cheek.

"I missed you more," he giggled, wrapping his arms around my neck.

"How was he?" I asked the guys as they sat in the living room.

"He was good, very energetic," Ashton chuckled.

"Kenzie driving ok?" I looked at Michael.

"It was great, she's ready for that test,"

"Well it's in five days," I sighed. "I'm nervous for her,"

"She'll do great, just needs to stay calm,"

"Daddy, can we play a game?" Alex asked.

"I need to get you a bath first," I chuckled. "We might have to wait till tomorrow,"

"Sleep with you?"

"No, in your bed, but if you need me you come and get me," I said, but he frowned. "You'll be in kindergarten, you gotta be a big boy," Calum reminded him.

"No, I wanna stay a baby," Alex shook his head.

"Well babies can't go to robot camp,"

"You wanna go to robot camp?" my eyebrows raised and he nodded. "Well Calum's right, you gotta be a big boy then,"

"Fine," Alex huffed. I carried him upstairs and let him pick out his pj's while I got a bath running. Once it was ready, Alex came into the bathroom and I helped him undress, then got him in the bath.

"It's the weekend, what should we do?" I asked him as I washed his hair.

"Park and shop for sissy," he smiled.

"What should we get sissy for her birthday?"

"Uh," he thought for a moment. "Makeup,"

I laughed and nodded, "That's a good pick. Is there anything else?"
"Clothes and a monster truck,"

"A monster truck?" I questioned.

"For me," Alex pointed at himself.

"That's what you want, crazy man," I tickled him, making him burst out giggling. I finished up his bath, then got him dried off and helped him into his PJ's. Once he was ready for bed, I sent him downstairs to get a little snack, then went to Kenzie's room. As I approached, I could hear her on the phone talking to someone. I knocked on the door, but didn't get a response, so I knocked again but nothing. After waiting, I opened the door and saw a guy on the screen. "Kenz?"

She quickly turned around and her eyes widened when she saw me, "I gotta go," she quickly hung up, then took out her airpods.

"Sorry, I knocked a couple of times-"

"No, it's ok," she sat up and put her airpods in the case.

"Who was that?" I closed the door and pulled up her desk chair.

"No one," her face turned red.

"No one?" I raised an eyebrow.

"No one,"

"Alright, how was driving?"

"Good, Michael said I did well,"

"That's what he told me as well,"

"My friend wants to hang out tomorrow, can I go?"

"Macy and Paisley,"

"No, someone else,"

"Who is it?"

"Connor," she mumbled and looked down.

"Is this the mystery guy on your phone?"

"Dad," she groaned. "I don't have a crush,"

"I never said you did," I laughed, but her face just went more red.

"We're just friends,"

"Ok,"

"I'm serious," she told me sternly and I hummed.

"Is he coming to your party?"

"Yeah, but more guys are,"

"Alright," I sang and got up. "You can go,"

"I don't like him,"

"Ok," I said. "I gotta put Alex to bed,"

"Fine," she huffed and I chuckled before leaving her room.
