"Rindou please wake up."

You try to wake up your spouse, desperately shaking at his shoulder to get him to open his eyes.

It's almost noon and you two forgot to set an alarm, sleeping through an appointment you should have been at two hours ago.

"Five more minutes." He turns back around, and you slap your hand flat against his bare back making Rindou jolt up, suddenly very much awake. Before he gets to question your violations of his sleep you point at your wrist while telling him the time. His eyes widen and in similar fashion to you he jumps out of bed and starts dressing himself.

While Rindou gets ready you go into the kitchen, fetching you and him a quick snack before gathering the rest of your belongings.

"Is Ran already there?"

Shrugging you walk up to him, combing your fingers through his freshly dyed purple hair before grabbing his wrist and pulling him to the front door to put on your shoes. Only a couple years ago did you move out with Rindou after having had enough of Ran bringing one night stands over that would raid your kitchen every morning. But the older Haitani was quick to follow, moving in just a couple apartments away from yours, which neither of you minded.

"Keys?"

"Got 'em."

You two rush downstairs and basically jump into Rindou's car with the later man speeding down the streets to get to your appointment as quick as possible.

The usually ten minute ride only takes around seven today and after getting out of the vehicle you two run up the stairs into the attic studio of Takashi, slamming open the door to see the designer already working on Ran. The older greets you two with his shit eating grin while the younger just sighs and shakes his head before continuing to adjust parts of Ran's outfit.

While Takashi became a rather popular designer he dragged the Haitani's along with him, having them model for him every so often. That's how the brothers started earning money and after getting some form of recognition they became pretty popular, especially amongst newcomer designers. Though neither of them had any desire to become professional models. To this day you're surprised that what they do now is enough to cover for all of their expenses.

"Sorry. We forgot to set an alarm."

You sigh while sitting down on one of the chairs around, letting go of Rindou's hand so he can change into his outfit behind the curtains.

"Neat dress. Who's it for?"

Rindou calls out to Takashi and the designer answers with some mumbles, having needles currently stuck between his teeth. "Hinata. Takemichi's girlfriend." You light up asking about the weeding. "There is no wedding yet. That idiot hasn't even asked yet. But he told me about it so I'm preparing already." You smile, thinking of the beautiful dress Hinata will be wearing while walking down the aisle.

"Don't make that face. If you would have had a nice wedding I would have made a pretty dress for you too."

Your face falls immediately after hearing Takashi's words, remembering your own wedding. It barely could be called that. All you and Rindou did was sign some papers and then get absolutely hammered at home afterwards. Neither of you wanted a big wedding or a grand ceremony. Only thinking of the money spent on everything makes your head dizzy. It would have been way too costly and way too extravagant for you two.

It was hard enough to find two witnesses for the signing, one obviously being Ran and the other you already struggled with. You had no real friends, and definitely no girl friends that could have been considered your maid of honor. So, you asked Kakuchou who was, at first, totally against it. The man dreamed big, imagining you at the altar but you cut his rambling short by explaining that a big wedding just isn't for you. He agreed in the end.

"Are you still salty about that?"

Takashi huffs as a yes and you roll your eyes with a chuckle, slouching down in your chair while waiting around.

Hours and hours pass by with Takashi working on his creations and you babbling and rambling about your day to day life, mostly about your job at the Cafe. The three men listened and conversed with you, keeping you entertained while they worked together.

It doesn't happen often that you get to spend your entire day sitting around. Usually you're busy baking at home or working your job. It's on occasional days off that you get to see Takashi work and the brothers in expensive looking outfits. They also look extra elegant during days like these, making you swoon over your partner more than ever before.

"Say Ran. How's the girl doing?"

You strike up a conversation with the older brother while Rindou is being worked on, letting the man sit down next to you.

He sighs and frowns before looking away "Don't even start with that." You hold back you chuckles as Ran is already more than fed up with having his love life used for entertainment purposes. You would also say the famous words every time after a girl he introduced to you would end up being a bitch.

"I told you so."

He groans and pushed your face away as you lean in close, your smile never leaving you face as you pester the short haired man for more information.

"Maybe women just aren't for you."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

You chuckle, using your left pointer finger to poke his left cheek "Maybe you're looking in the wrong section. You know, try expanding your dating pool." He frowns, rolling his eyes despite knowing you're right. It's been years since Ran drunkenly confessed to being interested in not just women and yet he never found the courage to test the waters outside of what he's used to. You, being his number one supporter, have given him countless talks and tips, cheering him on from the sidelines only for him to go the saver route and date another woman.

You don't want to pressure him, not at all, it's just that Ran has incredibly bad luck with women. He has no trouble luring them in, it's the getting to know each other and actually establishing a stable connection, that he struggles with. Also, almost every woman that he has brought home ended up being exactly as you told him. A bitch.

"No need to rush, brother."

Takashi hums in agreement and from then on the conversation dials down a bit.

In the late afternoon Takashi calls it a day and frees you three. You end up driving home for Rindou since he's too tired from standing around so much, holding different positions for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Back at home you two fall onto the couch after getting changed into loose, comfortable clothes, putting on your dramas while cuddling.

"I like Raffael more. She should stay with him."

Rindou cocks an eyebrow at you "What? No way. He's big trouble."

Chucking you turn your body to face him, smiling as you give him a quick kiss "It worked out for me, right?" He laughs as well, kissing you back.

During the night you have a pleasant dream of tomorrow's dinner where Rindou pulls out the expensive wine and in the morning you can't help but reminisce of the past when your dreams weren't dreams, but rather nightmares. Seeing how far you've come, you smile, kissing your husband awake under the morning sunshine.

"Good morning Sunny."
