< Chapter 12 >

Y/n pov

I woke up to my phone ringing and removed it from the charger and checked the caller ID....it read Spam likely.."Are u fucking kidding me?" I said out loud. "Oh someone's fiesty in the morning." I practically jumped out of my skin from the voice. I looked around and saw iida sitting in the chair sipping what I assumed was coffee. I stared at him thinking what the hell was he doing here.

"You fell asleep after crying...and I didn't wanna wake you up nor did I wanna leave knowing your door would be un locked." Iida said at my puzzled expression. "Oh.." I replied. It took you a minute to process what he said. " I hope I wasn't snoring last night." You thought cursing yourself mentally. Iida was looking down at his phone seemimg to be busy. You noticed the blanket on the sofa. " he must've slept on the couch...It must've been uncomfortable." You said mentally.

"Well think ill shower....your free to join me if you want." You joked getting up and heading to the bathroom. Iida choked on his drink and cleared his throat. "Ahem that won't be necessary..." iida said turning his face from you. You could see his ears turning red. "Whatever you say lover boy.." you smiled closing the door behind you.

~ Time Skip~

You got out the shower and wrapped a towel around you and head to the sink. You brushed ur teeth and but lotion on and did other necessities. After changing into some comfortable clothing you opened the door and noticed iida was gone. "He must've left for work..or something.." you noticed a note on the table and read it.

"Leaving for Work...Make sure you lock the door (,,◕　⋏　◕,,)"

You laughed at the cute drawing and went to the fridge noticing another note.

"I brought some groceries '･ᴗ･' ♡"

You smiled to yourself. "You cheesy dork.." you muttered to yourself and made some breakfast and coffee. After breakfast you grabbed your keys and phone and headed out the door making sure to lock it. You walked up to the front office to pay for your room.

"Hello im here to pay for my room." You said to the person behind the desk. "First and last name..." they said. "Y/n l/n" you replied. "Um yes your rooms been paid for the rest of the week." You stood there confused. "Yes a man came awhile ago and paid."

"Okay, thank you" you said and walked to your car. "That man is just full of surprises. " you smiled and got inside your car.

~Time Skip~

"Thank you for watching them!" You said to Jayla and cianna. "No problem just let us know when you need us to watch them again" cianna said. "And don't forget to text us when you get to the hotel" Jayla added. "Ik ik mom" you said sarcastically. "Yeah yeah get out before I whoop you." Jayla said laughing while cianna helped you carry the kids to the car. "soooo....anything happen with nerd boi" cianna said as we walked to the car. You explained what happened last night/ this morning. "Wow he's definitely interested in you..." cianna teased. "You think so?" You said unlocking the car. "Girl! I'm sorry but aint no way he would be doing this just to be nice..." cianna said buckling Anita in her car seat.

"I guess your right" you said buckling aliyah. "When am I ever wrong?" You gave her a look. She rolled her eyes and said bye. You got in your car and waited for cianna to get inside and headed to the kids daycare.

~Time Skip~

You dropped the kids off and were waiting in line at the bank to hopefully take out a loan. You took out your phone looking for jobs since it was a long line. While you were scrolling you heard the bell on the door ring indicating someone had walked in. You looked up and saw a guy in all black with a hat. "He looks sketchy ass fuck..." you said mentally. Suddenly two other guys walked in also in black. " fuck..." you said then the one of the guys blocked the entrance while the other guy started walking around with a gun. The first guy pulled a gun out and pointed at the woman behind the desk. "Gimme all your money!" He said aggressively. The woman behind the counter was shocked and pressed the button under the counter. The guy shot at the ceiling. Everyone ducked to the ground. "Hurry up!" the woman quickly did as she was told while the other guys started walking around collecting phones , jewelry, money, etc. They even took out the security guard.

Iida pov

I was heading into work when I was notified by my assistant that there was a hostage situation at Hero's Bank. I put my Hero's uniform on and headed to the bank.

Y/n pov

The first guy took the woman behind the desk to the safes. While one guy walked around tieing up people. A lady was clutching on to her baby as it cried. the guy who was guarding the entrance walked up to her. "Shut that baby up!" The guy yelled. "I-im trying..." the lady said shaking obviously scared. The man looked pissed and was about to hit her.

"Hey! Leave her alone!" you said without thinking. He turned and looked at you and walked to you. "What did you say?"

"I said leave her alone maybe you need to get your ears cleaned..." you could tell he was getting pissed. "Aw are you getting mad..." you tried provoking him to by time. "Pft...your pathetic robbing a bank in broad daylight." He hit you with the back of his gun.

You held your nose as you felt a liquid dripping from your nose. "You hit like a girl.." you said smiling. He kicked you in the stomach. He raised the back of his gun and was about to hit you again but then there was loud sirens outside. "Fuck Cops!" The guy came from the safe with the money and they all snuck out the back door into the alleyways.

The cops burst into the bank and evacuated everyone out. One of the cops helped you to the ambulance.

Iida pov

I saw three guys in black running from the bank. I activated my quirk and quickly defeated them and brought them to the police cars. As I was putting the robbers into the cop cars I noticed y/n sitting down getting treated by the paramedics.

Y/n pov

I looked up and saw iida walking over to me. "Oh hey lover boy" I said while holding my nose and giving a small smile. " y/n are u ok!?" Iida said concerned. "Im fine couple of bruises and bloody nose...not to bad." You said very calmly. "Your always getting into trouble..." he sighed and lifted up your chin, examining your face. Your heart skipped a beat and you blushed. "I-im fine.." you said moving your face. Iida handed you your keys and cellphone (that the robbers took).

"Well I should head back to my hotel" you said. "Are u sure your good enough to drive in this condition?" Iida looked at you. "I'll be fine you heard the paramedics say ill be okay." You replied walking to your car. "Let me drive you!" Iida said. You sighed and handed him your keys not wanting to protest since you were getting a headache.

~Time Skip ~

Y/n pov

I got out the car and iids handed me the keys. "Make sure to get some rest and take some pain killers." Iida said. " I will" you said feeling exhausted while unlocking the door. Iida waited for you to make it inside before leaving. You sighed and took some pain killers and got into bed. You texted your friends to pick up the kids today knowing you'll probably sleep the rest of the day. You were about to fall asleep when you got a text.
