"Duh! You have to practice together!" Bridgit said as we lined up for lunch

"No shit Sherlock!" I responded making her roll her eyes

"Real classy."she teased

"Just don't make a big deal out of it." she added

"Yeah cause it's no big deal to be in the same room as the girl I love."I responded

"You're a dick." she responded

"Come on Bridgit. How can I act casual when I'm madly in love with her?" I asked

"Don't think of her as the one you love, think of her as your best friend. Don't you miss hanging out with your best friend?"she asked

"No shit Sherlock!" I answered again

"Stop it with that line. It's getting on my nerves." she said making me chuckle

"Fine, she's my best friend. She's just my best friend..."I told her even though I knew deep inside I was going to be freaking out just seeing her. I was such an idiot!

"Why are we here in the auditorium? I thought the choir room would be a better place?"I asked as I approached her

"Well Perrie and Zayn claimed it already and I had to claim this before Jesy and Niall does."Jade answered with a smile on her face

"So what will we be doing?"I asked as I sat beside her

"Sing duh!"Jade teased

"Oh right." I whispered as I scratched the back of my neck. That was a stupid question and I hate having these butterflies in my stomach as I look at her.

"Earth to Lou!" Jade said as she waved her hands in front of my face

"What? Sorry love dozed off."I responded making her giggle. There goes the butterflies again!

"What song do you want to sing?" she asked

"Whatever you like."I told her

"LOUIS! You chose the best songs! Now come on, give me any suggestions and we'll try if it fits for us."she said making me sigh

"Let me get the guitar"I told her as I stood up and grab the guitar on the side.

"Let's try Everything has Changed by Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran" I said and she nods

I started playing the song and she started singing, I looked into her eyes and she looked into mine, I was feeling something I shouldn't feel, I was lost in her eyes and I started singing along with her, these words meant so much to me even though I knew it was only a song to her. I started feeling something weird inside me and I leaned in and kissed her. I kissed my best friend!

She immediately pushed me away. And she stared at me with a blank expression on her face.

"I'm sorry... I didn't know what took over me"I stuttered

"Lou, I love Liam..."she said before storming off.

"You dozed off for a good 3 minutes weirdo. So what song?" Jade asked
