I thought Anastasia's father would be the issue but my dad was the problem. But mom settled him down and reminded him about who Anastasia was and they knew she isn't after my money. I pursued her not the other way around and we are pregnant. I just hoped that I could get her pregnant and somehow even with her having the birth control shot for a month she still got pregnant. I think that after I told her I would love to see her pregnant with our child and I forgot the condom several times. I think that subconsciously I wanted her to get pregnant on our first real night together. As I recall having her naked on my balcony and then in the enclosed patio. Even before I took her virginity from her I knew I could not let go of her. She was always mine. I still make little marks on her and smile as I see them, knowing she enjoyed me making them. Dad was talked down by mom and it was a good thing. Leila and Lily were rather harsh about my marrying Anastasia. We decided to tell my parents about the baby. She told her parents about the baby and our marriage. I told her to let them know that I had already bought our wedding rings before we found out about the baby. I finally told them that I wanted to marry her for some time and wanted us to have a baby.

I never knew he cared that much about Anastasia and that he had plans to win her heart as soon as he could legally do it and marry her. He wanted to have a baby with her as well. He can easily provide for her and their child and he has always treated her kindly. Analisa approved of them completely. I missed giving her away, but she never was one for all the hoopla of her being the center of attention. A huge wedding would bring out the crazy people. I think Beth is wanting the wedding but not a big wedding. The best thing was Analisa and I are going to be grandparents.

Christian spoke to me privately and he told me that he had waited until Anastasia was of legal age to be sure there were feelings on both their parts and on her birthday he had no doubts they both were ready to date each other. He was very honest with me when he told me that their first night together he told her that he wanted to see her pregnant with his child. He knew she was the one for him the more time they spent together the more he wanted either her as a wife or someone who had her same qualities. Apparently he had been in love with her for a long time. She was out of his reach until her 19th birthday party and it all clicked. Ray called me and asked me how I felt about our children marrying each other? I told him that Christian explained his side and I decided that they were definitely a good match couple wise. Grace was understanding about it, but had hoped for a wedding but decided they made a good decision to keep them out of the limelight.

I called Analisa and we talked about the marriage and then we went on to discuss our becoming grandparents. This ties us together as in laws and not framilies (me creating a new word combining friends and families). I was glad to see that Christian chose someone we could be proud to say she is our daughter in law. She is not after him for his wealth but who he really is behind the powerful billionaire he becomes when at work. I knew her when she was my patient in a coma and she then was adopted by the Steele's after her climbing out of their car nearly dead of her injuries inflicted by the Morton's. Fate has been a huge part of our lives and it brought us so many blessings with Anastasia entering out lives. I can't wait to meet my grandchild.

I never thought that Christian was interested in Anastasia and his attention to her was a brotherly love. The man was very protective of her and his family and ours. We had to finally let him know things that we kept silent about until Gia showed her true nature to us all and we decided to have her watched day and night after her attack on Anastasia. We were already suspicious of her coming out of nowhere, her and her uncle Jack. Ray and got the backgrounds on them when they were getting too close to our inner circle. They couldn't hide their activities in Seattle like they could in New York. Plus they seemed to have stronger connections to New York. They had been in Seattle off and on since Christian made his first billion. We had her investigated and found Jack. She was always showing up where Christian was. Ray and I rarely miss the shadow people. Those that lay in wait until they can come out. These are the ones that need to be watched very closely. We finally got enough to have them arrested and right before they were going to strike. All us grandparents to be are thrilled and proud to have a new family member on the way. Gia and Jack were taken back to New York and they weren't allow bail. Hopefully they will be in federal prison for life.

Dad was sad he wasn't there for our wedding as were the rest of the parents and family members who weren't there. But they understood why we decided not to have a huge wedding. Everyone is happy about our pregnancy. I have more female security now. Christian and my dad do not know the word overprotective. So I am surrounded by security at all times and because they tower over me no one knows I am in the middle of the group.
