Olivia Vitale is trying her best to get her life back on track. After escaping an abusive relationship, she moves back to her home city of Joy. She promises her roommate Carol to take it slow with relationships. That promise becomes harder to keep a...
Olivia always likes Sandie's Corner Café. It's a small place not too far from Carol's apartment. The two of them always used to study there for tests when they were younger or simply hang out when they needed time away from home.
It's a pretty small place. The dark oakwood beams lining the walls complement the birch of the furniture nicely and smoothens the transition in the dark marble counters with various baked goods on top. Every speck of vibrant colour comes from the abundance of plants in various pots, buckets, and bowls that Sandie herself has been able to find through the years.
The woman herself rarely spends much time in the shop these days. It was quite the event when her 75th birthday passed, and she officially retired. That was also the last time Olivia was in Joy.
And what a joy it is as she pushes through the door and is enveloped in the familiar scent of coffee and plants. Bucky has a hand on her lower back, smiling simply from how she beams at the place. He doesn't have a special connection to the business himself.
Olivia spots Carol and Matt sitting in a corner deep in conversation. His cane resting up against the table and with the usual red glasses on his handsome face. His brown hair has gotten longer since she saw him – he usually keeps it clean-cut.
She catches their eyes and gives them both a wave. They're sitting with three cups, and she immediately feels a little bad. Carol always orders for her. But she isn't that late, only 15 minutes. Bucky seems to love speeding lately, but she's been grateful for it today. Olivia turns around to the tall man with a smirk. Bucky's hand glides to her waist in the process.
"I'm going to the bathroom and then you can go try and explain my immediate need for it," she grins and gently pats his chest, fixing his leather jacket up. It's an excuse to touch him.
"Oh, I get the honours, huh?" He asks and she hums, nodding.
Olivia gets up on the tip of her toes and pulls him down so she can whisper in his ear. His piercing eyes keep staring at her.
"I'll just go empty myself of your cum, then."
His eyes darken slightly, and he smugly grins. He's too damn satisfied with himself, but she can't lie, it's fun. And it turns her on a little. Maybe more than a little. Bucky kisses her cheek before she slips away and bounces in the direction of the restrooms. His eyes are locked on her ass and legs as she leaves. He can't help it.
Maybe that's why both Carol and Murdock are scowling at him. He's surprised to see the man there. He knew Murdock was her lawyer, but he didn't realise they were friends. Or that he was going to be here in the first place. Actually... the only friend he knows about is Carol. But maybe that makes sense. After Rumlow.
