Nothing is the same anymore. Emilia is broken. She needs saving but she is drowning.
the pain, the fear, everything that has happened recently is killing her slowly.

Sooooo it's after 3am and I've just finished hand writing 2000 words worth of notes from my laptop toa notebook and now I'm updating...I need to fix my sleeping habits but hopefully you enjoy my sleep deprived chapter. It's shorter than uxidl.
"Good morning children" Alessandro cheerfully greatest his children as they entered the kitchen area. Damon obviously was already up and sat drinking coffee, this time he wore less formal clothes as today was a hike. However he still had that auro off power unlike Alesandro who was dressed as your typical dad.
Emilia was dressed this time opted for some jeans a t-shirt and of course one of Damon's shirts.

Damon glanced up at this sisters choice of clothing "perhaps you would like to share my closet Emilia" he stated.
"That would be helpful" she replied giving him her best innocent smile.
"Right kids eat up, we are going to set off soon" Alesandro said.
"Why must we do stuff so early" Dante complained.
"It's 10am"
"Too early" Matteo added
"And the cheeriness doesn't help. It's like you want us to suffer" Dante added.
"Well would you rather me sit in the corner planning my next victim" Alesandro replied sending Emilia a smile. She laughed lightly at the little comment.
"Well I am looking forward to this hike, I can't wait" Emilia added as she started her breakfast"
"No need to suck up to him Emilia " Dante said.
"I'm not. I wouldn't. I'm serious " Emilia panicked slightly knowing that was how Lexi got her way alot.
"At least my baby appreciates me" Alesandro said kissing Emilia's forehead as he walked past her to sit down.
"Emilia" Damon finally spoke as breakfast came to an end.
"Yes" she dared anwser. He didn't sound happy.
"Please don't leave my side today" he asked.
The hike would take them near a river and Damon wasn't about to let her go anywhere near water outside without him.
Emilia nodded seeing how serious he looked.
Not long later and the family began their hike. Alesandro walking ahead pointing out all the spots.
Then there was Damon and Emilia walking together, instead of their petty back and fourth rivelry Damon took it upon himself to make sure she was okay whilst they listened to their dad.
Meanwhile Dante, Matteo and Mason were planning on pranking Damon as they thought he was being a little to uptight.
Everyone was enjoying the fresh air. They reached the small river and Damon became a little more protective .
The family decided to take a break it had been a few hours so they stopped and sat on some of the rocks and had a lunch break.
The family talked and bonded even Damon relaxed when he saw their was no threat about.
Seeing as they were the only ones around he didn't bother watching. Emilias every move and his attention was on his family.
It wasn't long before they set off again. Only this time they got a little further when Dante and Matteo began making noises like scratching the tree and stuff making Emilia jump which they stopped when they realised. She was no target.
They then tried to attack him with left over water balloons they had filled at the river.
"Boys knock it off" Alesandro ordered.
Dante threw it anyway only for Emilia to jump out of the way falling down the banking
"I swear if she's hurt I will gut you" Damon warned Dante.
"I'm okay can you come get me" Emilia shouted up.
"I'll be down soon" Damon called although Alesandro was already on his way diwn to get his daughter.
Emilia didn't want to go anywhere in case her btothers couldn't find her so she remained seated.
At least until a boy appeared "what are you doing here" he asked. "I fell I'm just waiting for my dad and brother then I'll leave,," she said.
",Well what's your name " he asked
"Sorry I don't give manes to strangers" she replied
"How can we be friends then. I'm Nate " he said.
"Still not telling you my name " Emilia knew better now.
"Oh come on what's a name really " he asked.
"Go away" she replied.
"But what about yours name"
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"What the fuck. Emilia get over here right now. I don't want you near him" Damons cold voice was filled with worry as Emilie didn't hesitate to go to him and his behind both Alesandro and Damon.
Alesandro switched to Italian and began cursing the boy and threatening him. After that he told him to tell his father how much they now owe. 2 thousand extra.
As the father and brother led her back to the path, Emilia couldn'thelp but wonder what the boy had done if her brothers or father hadn't stepped in.
