*not an official chapter*

So I don't want to finish the book. So I'm adding an extra chapter. Also I have exams to study for  and a disertation to write so the final chapter might be a while
However I've taken a break from writing my dissertation to update this.

Also if you haven't check out Reunited whilst waiting. Slow updates on the book but getting back to it.

And I haven't forgotten about the lost triplets. I have plans for that book but I want to finish this one first. I might update a few random chapters at some point. But no consistent updates till this one is done.

Anyway this chapter isn't relevent to the plot at all and will be quite short so if you don't want to read it just skip this I guess.

But to sum it up, Alesandro training his new staff at the restaurant....including  Sienna.

(Currently the plot is over the weekend as she's going to a party etc)

But Alesandro will be training staff on the Monday as stated in previous chapters, so just forget about the timeline and the party etc.

Alesandro loved opening new restaurants. He had built his empire up over the years. Even when running the Mafia, he was building hotels and restaurants.
One thing he hated though was training new staff. He was aware he could hire people to do it, and he did for restaurants in different countries. But this new restaurant was less than an hour away and saw  like all his restaurants nearby he liked to train his staff personally. He also liked to judge them, if they couldn't handle it, he fired them.
New staff irritated him because most of them were never up to his standards so he had to make sure they were trained up to his standards.

Alesandro was definitely a busy man. Especially when his kids were growing up.
He had the Mafia
He had hotels and restaurants
And most importantly he was a single father raising 4 boys, making sure they attended all appointments, did well in school, had everything they needed, made sure he was there for them whenever they needed him. His children were his priority.

Now though he was grateful he just had hotels and restaurants. Damon had the Mafia ... although part of him regretted it, especially now he had become cold and distant. His sons were all grown up, even his youngest child was almost 17. He didn't have to painfully watch school plays or attend birthdays or arrange playdates for his children. Chaperone school trips or anything like that.

He did everything for his boys and made sure each of them knew how much he loved each of them

It was much easier now, but he missed the chance to watch his daughter grow up and he hated it.

His empire had grown over the years. His restaurants and hotels were known worldwide. He was a force to be reckoned with.

Today he had to train the new staff and he found himself wanting to just go home and be with his kids.

First up was the waiters/waitresses/servers.

They were all adequate. He only had to fire 3.

He had front of house, the manager and a few other staff transfer from a different restaurant so he passed them.

And of course his favourite part. The chefs.

There was a few. One of the woman instantly came and introduced herself. Alesandro was about to fire her when he noticed Sarah roll her eyes and he smirked and acted like he was listening.

He had her go back to her station shortly after.

"You were all tasked with preparing a meal from the selected choices of the set menu and one of your own" he announced.

Everyone but Sarah shuddered.

He went round to the oldest of them all. A man in his 50s.

He was instantly fired. The man couldn't cook.

He went around a few moor, most were adequate.

"Well let's see what you have Sarah" he said.
"My name is Sienna" she corrected him.

He ignored her.

"I should have poisoned the food" she muttered

"I don't have time for your disrespect" he muttered but tasted her food. It was much better than any of the top chefs in the kitchen. He found himself wanting to make her head chef.

"So how's my food al" she asked with a smirk. He had changed her name, she was only returning the favour.

"Up to standard" he replied and moved on to the flirty woman

Whilst the woman was flirting, he couldn't help glance at Sienna.

And Sienna found herself looking at him.

He realised he might have found his match.

"All your food was adequate, Sarah you will be head chef" he practically ordered.

Everyone looked around trying to see Sarah.

"It's Sienna" she muttered but still in shock she was chosen to be head chef.

He glared at her "Sienna is head chef. You are all dismissed. Sarah stay behind" Alesandro said. He was doing it on purpose to get a reaction from her.

And when it was just the two of them, he got straight down to business. He told her what he wanted, how a head chef should be. Everything.

Throughout the long serious conversation, Sienna would often say "got it al" and Alesandro would often say "are you even listening Sarah"

They soon got into a playful fight about the best food and the best takeaway.
As it grew, both adults couldn't help but laugh

Alesandro saw how red her cheeks had gone die to anger  and he smirked
"Aw is Sarah angry" he mocked.
"Stop al" she laughed at the tone he had just used too.
"I expect perfection Sienna. If you can't give me that I suggest you leave" he said becoming serious.

"I understand and can handle the responsibility" she also became serious.

"Besides I am eager to learn how to avoid giving someone food poisoning." She added smiling.

"Well it's a good job I know and you never will " Alesandro said.

The meeting had finally finished and they were heading out.

Alesandro saw her struggling with her crappy car and before he knew what he was doing he spoke " let me take you home "

"No never" she replied.

"Tough I'm driving you home sienna" he ordered.

I was meant to add more but I'm failing
asleep. Hopefully continue this in daytime.
