"h-hobi?" she held his hand carefully, she feared that he would reject her touch after what she had just told him.

"h-hobi🥺?" she was scared of his silence. Scared of the unreadable expression on his face.

"*heavy sigh* how do you want to handle this?" he asked in a rough voice. She wasn't sure if it was anger or sadness or she didn't know what to call it at all.

"i-i...." she broke into teary sobs. She couldn't help it. she couldn't control her own emotions; they were all over the place.

"listen Yeon, as much as this concerns me, you are the one who is affected the most. What I want will and should be second to what you want to do about this. And know that, I love you. I will support your decision, no matter what." He hugged her to calm her shivering body and clenching heart.

"b-but, you?"

"you are the one who goes through the most Yeon. I said I will support you and I will keep my word. But I cannot pressure you to keep the child nor can I force you to abort." He said holding both her hand in his large ones.

"I can't choose hobi. That's why I am asking. What do you want me to do? What do you want to do? What do you want us to do?"

He pinches the bridge of his nose before letting out a huff and replying her "Yeon, I would love to start a family with you. But.... this is not the right time. We both have lives to live, careers to make. And not to forget, we are not self-sufficient as of now. We are still dependent on our parents and if we were to move out of the family in any circumstances, I don't know if I, or we can provide enough for our own needs, let alone a child. That's my understanding of the situation. If you are confused, I suggest we talk to our families about it. maybe we can find a way."
