"Get in!" I shouted while shooting the enemies.
Binuksan ko ang shot gun seat para kay Kenn at ang back seat para kay Shin. Kinain ako ng pagaalala ng makita ang nanginginig nyang mga kamay habang hawak ang cellphone at ang mga pinamili nya. I told Kenn to protect him while entering.
"Are you okay?" I asked him.
Nakatulala lang sya. I cursed angrily and shoot every enemies my eyes can see. May helicopter ring dumating and it's our reapers. I told Clara that I'm going. Sumakay sya agad sa motor nya ng makita ang mga reapers na maghahandle ng gulo.
"Clover, clear the way." I heard Kenn said in his ear piece.
I saw Clover nodded at us while shooting everyone who tries getting in our way. Nadagdagan rin ang tauhan ng Baltazar na mabilis nilang hinarang para makadaan ang sasakyan ko. I heard Kenn ordering Dia to bomb them after we left.
I heard a thud behind and I immediately checked on him. He dropped his phone but immediately picked it up. I tapped Kenn and motioned him to took over the stirring wheel while I hopped on the back, landed beside Shin.
"Hey." I carefully called his attention.
"It's okay. You're safe now." I reached for his hands.
Nakahinga ako ng maluwag ng hindi sya pumalag. I scooted closer to him and enveloped his hands with mine. I can feel fear with his trembling hands. His breathing are shakey too. I can't help but to feel guilty. I want to shoot myself at the moment.
He flinched that made me flinch too. "V-Vince!"
"Hey, hey. He's fine. Nasa mansion sya. Don't worry, he's fine." I assured him.
His breathing became heavy. Nakatulala lang sya habang hawak ko ang mga kamay nya. I felt a stinging pain in my chest.
This is all my fault.
"Boss, naayos na raw po ang gulo. They have left before the cops arrive." Kenn informed me.
Tumango lang ako at nanatiling nakamasid kay Shin. We stayed silent during the ride. He remained staring at nowhere. Good thing is he's not trembling anymore, well, at least just a bit now. I didn't made any sound and remained comforting him with silence.
"Nandito na po tayo." Kenn carefully announced.
Shin flinched and looked outside. I opened the door for him before getting off. I looked at Kenn and gave him knowing look. Tumango sya at agad na nagpaalam at naunang pumasok sa loob. I waited for Shin who's been studying his surrounding.
"Let's go inside? Vince' there with my brothers." I softly asked him.
Tumango sya kaya iginaya ko sya papasok. Nakahinga ako ng maluwag ng makitang walang mga reapers sa living area. I guided him to the kitchen where we heard the noises came from. A sweet and salty smell of spaghetti sauce entered my nostrils.
We found them inside the kitchen. Lucian's cooking together with Vince with the guidance of the Head Cook. My other monkey brothers are shouting hungrily like a mad man. Nandito rin ang mga reapers nila, without their guns.
Kenn did what I say. Very good.
"Stir it carefully, once it bubbles, let it sit for a couple of minutes before turning off the fire." The Head Cook or Mrs. Rifa instructed the two.
I glanced at Shin who's watching his brother stirring the sauce with so much focus and effort. Lucian's behind him, watching him. Vince' standing on a high stool, Lucian's also keeping him safe by standing behind him to he won't fall.
