"Ang galing, paano mo nauto?" Lucian asked, amused.
Nagkibit balikat lang ako at tumabi sa kanya. Nauna akong bumaba gaya ng usapan namin, nandon na sya sa may hagdanan, iaannounce na ang pagbaba nya. Imbis na si Diane ang iintayin nya, sya ang inintay ni Diane.
"Let us all welcome, our most awaited main character of the night, soon to marry the most beautiful lady in pink gown, Mr. Lucious Knoa Vander!" The emcee announced and everyone welcomed him.

Blangko ang mukang bumaba sya ng hagdanan. Nababakasan ko ang inis sa muka nya at sa tenga nyang bahagyang gumagalaw. Inabangan sya agad ni Diane sa baba ng hagdanan, nakita ko ang pagkawala ng lukot sa muka ni Don Torrino at ni Lucifer.
"Baby! Are you fine now? Tito said you have upset tummy." Diane worriedly asked.
Umismid ako. Upset tummy amputa.
"Look at that fool, hindi man lang marunong umarte." Insulto ko.
Lucian laughed. "He never liked acting. Halatain yang si Kuya."
I rolled my eyes. "Papalpak ang plano nyo kung ganyan yan."
"Meh. It's fine. Madami naman talagang pwedeng ibang paraan, kaso nong madepress si Kuya, naisipan syang stressin ni Dad para madistract." Natatawang sagot nito.
Natigilan kaming pareho ng mapagtanto ang sinabi nya. My lips formed a thin line. Napatakip naman sya ng bibig, pinagsisisihan ang kaldaldalan nya.
"Sorry, I slipped." Alangnin syang tumawa at bago pa ako makapag tanong ay mabilis na syang naka alis.
Depressed. He was depressed.
"Hmm. That explains the medicines in his drawer." I mumbled.
My chest ached but I ignored it. I focused on watching him did his best not to snap and be a bitch in every people that approaches him. Nagsimula na ang party at wala na akong maintindihan dahil hindi naman ako mahilig sa ganitong mga kaganapan.
"Shin, kakain na daw." Gio, who I didn't expected to be here, tapped me on my shoulder.
"You're spacing out. Kanina pa tapos ang opening." He chuckled.
"Ah." I only said and stood up.
"They're moving." Simple pero naintindihan ko agad.
Kaya wala ang tatlong Vanders, the twins and Lustine, and the higher ranked reapers. They're making their move. Yung mga kailangan lang dito ang hindi sumama like Lucifer and his butler, majority of the Vander clan is here too. This is something big that needs a big crowd.
"Where is my brother?" I suddenly asked.
He froze while scooping some mac and cheese. We're at the kitchen, may buffet sa labas para sa mga bisita but the menu wasn't really for our taste buds. Rich people and their fucking foods. Dito sa kusina, mas masarap ang mga pagkain kasi mga mas normal.
"A-Ah.. hindi ko alam?" Unsure nyang sagot.
My eyes squinted. I only needed dew seconds before realizing what his uneasyness means.
"Mother fuckers." I mumbled, trying to control my anger.
He's with the twin, I fucking knew it! That's why he's been being so sweet to me eaelier, yun pala ay sasama sa mga kapatid sa mission na binigay sa kanila which is retrieving the stolen infos! And bitch?? Anong alam ng thirteen years old sa ganong bagay?!
"Calm down, Shin. Kenn's with them." Gian nervously said.
"Hah." I scoffed, offended.
"Right.." He scratched his head, remembering what happened the last time my brother went out with Kenn.
