You woke up in a hospital bed. You were hooked up to all kinds of machines, and immediately started choking on the tube shoved down your throat, making the heart monitor start going crazy.

A nurse passing by heard the noises, peering in to see you scratching at your bandaged throat.

"Don't do that!" She then turned around to yell for a doctor to come to your room.

She struggled to get you under control while you panicked and thrashed around in the hospital bed.

Finally a doctor basically teleported into the room with another nurse, and they spoke a bunch of medical jargon before pushing something into your IV to make you chill the fuck out. You stopped thrashing, your eyes growing heavy, and slowly you passed out again.

"Any news?" Kyle asked.

"No," his blond haired friend replied irritated. "She's still out cold, for the last time Kyle."

The ginger in return scoffed, "I was just wondering, jesus."

A pinging sound from Stan's phone interrupted their bickering.

"Guys," the entire booth at the coffee shop turned their attention to Stan as he gasped. "She's awake!"

That was all it took for their rather large group to scramble out of the booth and start rushing to the hospital.

"(Y/n)!" multiple bodies tried to pile onto your bed as soon as the door had opened.

"Guys-" you groaned, "-Can't breathe-"

It took a minute for your boys to settle down, but it happened.

"How long was I out?" you asked.

The boys were silent for a moment, before Clyde finally spoke up, "2 weeks."

"WHAT?"

They all winced.

"Maybe we should start from where we left off," Kenny sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose.

After you passed out from sealing away the Sun Warriors, everyone that was left standing had to do damage control. Kenny, Cartman, Token, Craig, and Butters gathered up everyone's limp bodies and started tending to injuries.

Butters volunteered to, well, borrow his mom's minivan and take everyone out of the cemetery. Being in a place of death where all his friends were severely beaten freaked him out, just a little bit.

Token agreed to go with Butters while the others continued to do what they could.

Your injuries were by far the worst; whatever you did to seal away the sun warriors caused you to receive burns along your arms. They weren't awful, but they were bad enough to probably leave a few burn scars.

"We don't have anything to treat her burns, Mysterion," Craig mentioned. "Just some gauze, and stitching stuff. We're probably going to have to take her to the hospital."

"Call Token and see if he can split from Chaos to get another car," he replied. "Maybe we can take her straight there from here and take everyone else back to HQ."

Craig nodded, walking off to go call Token about the request. It didn't take long for the plan to be figured out and put into action. Everyone piled into the minivan with the exception of Token (he drove his car over to take you to the hospital), and then met up at Cartman's house to mend their own wounds and go home.

Over the following weeks of everyone being questioned about what had happened to land you and the others in such states, and you having been placed in a medically induced coma in order for you to recuperate, things were quiet. There really wasn't anything major happening with the sun warriors gone, and everyone still healing from their battle wounds. Even the regular, everyday criminals were keeping things on the DL.

Frankly, it was like the entire town had an invisible blanket of calm thrown over it.

"So I've missed literally nothing?"

"Basically," Stan replied with a shrug and an eyeroll.

"Must have been a very boring 2 weeks for everyone," you joked. "I'm a delight."

"No you're not, bitch."

"Shut up Cartman!"

You deadpanned at the sight of the two starting to brawl in the middle of your hospital room.

"Uh,,," Clyde walked up to your bedside while everyone else was occupied with pulling Kyle and Cartman away from each other.

"Hey, Veronica," he jokingly greeted, sounding kind of choked up.

You smiled at the brunet fondly, "Hey, JD."

You noticed that king crybaby himself was starting to do what he does, cry. He was really worried about you, you could tell by the way he was keeping himself from flinging onto your bedridden form. The way he eyed all your bandages and all the things hooked up to you that had been keeping you alive.

You gently grabbed his hand that was closest to you, pulling him forward. When he came close enough, you put a hand behind his head and pulled him towards your shoulder, letting him cry into your hospital gown.

"Come on, Clyde, I'm alive aren't I? It's ok... shhh"

You didn't take immediate notice of how the others had quieted down after noticing your interaction with Clyde. When you did notice, you looked up to see looks of disdain across many of your friends' faces. Why? You had no clue. Maybe because Clyde is just the prone crier and they didn't want him to make you sad? You didn't know, and frankly you didn't care.

"Leave him alone, I know you guys want to cry, too."

That one statement opened a pandora's box of sobbing and crying that you couldn't close back up. Well, everyone but Cartman and Kenny. Kenny knew how to handle his emotions better than the others, and Cartman frankly didn't give a shit.

"Come here, you doofs," you beckoned them closer to your bedside. Smiling softly at your friends now tearstained faces.

"I love you guys," you said, starting to tear up. "So much."

The nurses walking past smiled at the scene of a bunch of teenagers crying over their friend in the hospital bed, mumbling things to each other about 'young love'.
