[Sorry for the gap between chapters had trouble getting myself to write]

POV - Whitley

I slowly woke up to the warm feeling of a fire near my face. I could hear the sound of snow crunching under someone's feet.

"You up kid," I heard the person say.

"Yes," I replied getting up slowly.

"Your quiet friend killed a deer for food so eat up," he said hand me a piece of cooked venison on a slab of wood.

"Thank you Qara, thank you Branco," I said before scarfing down the food.

"Slow down kid, we don't need you choking on us," Qara said.

"Sorry," I said meekly.

"Don't worry about it... so do you have a plan," he asked.

"Not yet, but I think this will help," I said pulling out Valge's scroll.

This seemed to get Branco and Qara's attention.

"How did you get it," Qara asked.

"When I saw the two of them grab their weapons I knew they were with Salem, so I quickly grabbed his scroll," I explained.

"So how does this help," Qara asked.

Suddenly Branco stood up and walked up to me with his hands out asking for the scroll. I gave it to him and waited for him to do something. He tapped on the screen and handed it back to me unlocked.

"How did you do that," I asked.

His response was silence.

"Right, you don't talk," I said.

"Alright what's on it," Qara asked.

Looking at it a saw a notes app, opening it I saw that they had planned every step of our journey out here. Saw that they wanted to use the hope that Belyy and Schwarz have in me against them and say that the other clan killed me so that they would tear each other apart.

"They want to tell Belyy and Schwarz that the other clan killed me in hope's that this would bring the two clans to war," I told them.

"Then we have to stop them," Qara said.

"If only it were that easy" I said finding a list of spies in both clans that seemed to go on forever.

"Why's that exactly," Qara asked.

"The list of spies seems to go on forever," I said.

"I see," he said.

The three of us sat in silence for a few minutes before Branco moved to grab a stick. Walking next to the fire he began to write something. Standing up I saw that it was words.

"Here just use this," I said handing him the scroll.

Taking it out of my hand he began typing out a message. Looking over at Qara I saw that he was holding his side.

"You ok Qara," I asked.

"Yeah just, Crno got a good hit on my side and it hurts a lot," he said.

"Here let me see it," I said walking up to him.

Moving his hands and jacket out of the way I saw a small damp spot on his shirt. Moving it out of the way I was greeted by a nasty bruise on his side.

"Let me see if I can do something about that," I said focusing my aura into my hands.

Slowly I put my hands on his side and began thinking of the bruise going away, and for the skin to not feel tender. Opening my eyes I saw that the bruise was mostly already gone.

"How did you do that," he asked.

"I had a very thorough teacher," I said thinking back to all the hours I spent in both of the clans libraries.

"That's helpful," he said before fixing his clothes.

Turning around I saw Branco finish his message. Handing it back to me I began to read what he had wrote aloud.

"We could use their own tactics against them. Me and Qara probably know most of those people on that list. We can go into each of the clans territory and act like spies. Wait until they send someone after us and if accompanied by a spy, we can kill said spy, slowly taking down the number of spies," I read.

"Sounds like a good idea but if it's only one person why waste their time," Qara said.

"It won't be one, I'll be their to," I said.

"Ok and how exactly are you going to get a black outfit," Qara asked.

"Slowly using the mist I turn my outfit black.

"Alright when do we start," Qara asked.

"Now," I said simply.

"Will Branco I have to say this plan of yours is working out amazingly," Qara said.

Branco staying silent gave him a head nod.

"Do you think it's time to bring the fight to them," Qara asked.

"No," I said trying to plan our next move.

"Why not," Qara asked.

"Because we need this first," I said showing them an image of a grimm seer.

"Umm...  why do we need a grimm seer," Qara asked with understandable confusion.

"This is who Crno and Valge communicate with Salem and get their next orders with we can just get one of the Creed's fly drones near where they keep it then we can know their plans before they can even do anything with them," I said.

"Ok do you know where it is," Qara asked.

"Yes I do, it's at the top of Mount Cryto," I said.

"So we're climbing up a Mountain then," Qara said.

"Yes we are," I said.

"Greaaat," Qara dragged on to emphasize his excitement.

(Fast forward to near the mountain summit)

"Why the hell did we need to do this again," I barely heard Qara yell over the wind.

"Because we're trying to keep to massive clans from tearing each other apart," I yelled back.

"We better get fucking medals for this," he yelled out.

(Time Skip back down the mountain)

"You know I thought it looked ugly from the picture but some how it is worse in person" Qara said.

"You're telling me," I said.

Looking to the left I saw Branco kissing the ground.

"Not a fan of heights Branco," I said.

He began vigorously shaking his head no.
