Another day, another day on the battlefield. Getting ready for the battle, I grabbed my sniper rifle and sat on the bench waiting for the announcer to announce the beginning of the match. While doing so, I pulled out a book, or should I say light novel as my friend Jeremy would always say. The cover of the light novel reads "Date a Live"
Why am I reading this you may ask? Well Jeremy noticed I don't really have much to recently, since well... all I do is shoot people in the head, and watching my back every couple seconds because of those pesky spies.
Back to the topic of the light novel, I find the plot of the story very interesting to say the least. Although, one of the characters Origami Tobiichi should let go of her anger. Because getting revenge will not bring back her loved ones back.
???: "Yo John" I heard a familiar voice and looked up to to the direction.
A young man wearing your average jogger's outfit with a cap and headphones attached to the left side of his ear holding a wooden baseball bat. This is Jeremy, he is a Boston boy and solve most of his problems with well... his fists and bat.
John: "G'day Jeremy." I said with a little smile.
Jeremy: "I see you are reading that light novel I recommended to you, seems like you are enjoying it!" Jeremy says with big enthusiasm in his voice.
John: "It took a lot of convincing, but it's pretty alright so far."
Jeremy: "That's great to hear pal! I knew you would like it!"
John: "Heh. Sure mate, whatever makes you happy."
Jeremy: "Anyways, I heard the hard hat is building a hidden teleporter close to the blu scumbags base, so we can get those intelligence quicker without them knowing what hit em!" Jeremy exclaims as he pulled out a map from his pocket and showed me the details.
John: "Isn't capturing the intelligence normally your job?" I slightly chuckled
Jeremy: "Of course! Which is why I need you to cover my back while I run away from those blu-idiots!"
John: "Alright, alright, I got you mate."

Announcer: "Attention! Match starts in one minute!"
Jeremy: "Well, it's time to get ready. I'll meet you in the battlefield, and again, I am glad you are enjoying that light novel." He smiles before doing his signature goodbye pose.
I placed the light novel in my pocket before grabbing my sniper rifle and begin heading out of the spawn point. Not before someone caught my attention with a friendly Texan accent.
