Hey so I'm getting into some canon now
Normally New York city would control New York but not today let's see what happens when Rochester takes over

Rochester's POV
I tied my brother New York City up in a chair so I could take over I knew my other siblings wouldn't care because honestly we have a love-hate relationship with NYC
But today I wanted to take control me Rochester possibly the most dangerous city in the state of New York and one of the smartest cities in the state of New York maybe America He he he he he to be honest it was fairly easy to knock my brother out NYC thinks he's strong I had to do was punch him

OK so now you know Rochester got control

Third person

At first no one seemed to notice the strange behavior that New York was putting off. He was a lot nicer than usual but still with a rudeness. How ever they did noice the Rochesterians accent or when he talked about Rochester and Morrow County New York and how he all he's talking about the Apples in New York and garbage plates of course he wasn't acting as chaotic he was also talking about the flower mills

But then everyone knew something was wrong with New York; only one state could figure it out and that happened to be Florida." You're acting like Rochester" Florida said

" and what if I am Rochester still part of my state" New York said angrily

After the meeting

Rochester thought it be funny if he Pranked some other states but not pranks like Florida usually does.

Rochester walked up to New Mexico " hey New Mexico, could you open this can for me?" New York said
" si" New Mexico, said
As New Mexico is opening the canna bottles, snakes popped out, and as he looked to find New York, New York was gone

In the headspace NYC was trying to break out
" Albany, you better fucking watch him"NYC said
New York just woke up " the fuck is going on? Why is NYC tied up?"
" Rochester did it he's in control he's pretending to be you" Albany said
" fuck well let's watch this shit show" New York said
" are you gonna on tie me?" NYC ask
"no " New York, and his cities said

Back with Rochester
He continued to prank other states well, New York and his other cities watch

Finally, New York decided to take over and leave NYC tied up for a while
" hey guys"

" York your back is that you are one of your cities" Nevada ask
" it's me" York said
Nevada hug the New York in California joint in. " so you want to tell us which city was in control"

" Rochester, it was Rochester"

New York apologized for his cities behavior

New Mexico still pissed at him
