"Did they know what caused it?"
Sakura shakes her head, "No, but she was yelling yesterday, she was saying not to let Karina drive,"
Minji's eyebrows knots in confusion, "What does that mean? Karina doesn't even have a driver's license,"
"She don't?" Sakura asked in disbelief, "Well, thank god 'cause she kept saying they'll get in an accident,"
"They? Did she say something else?" Kai inquired, coming out of nowhere
Sakura averted Minji's gaze and glanced at Kai and Danielle's direction, she think deeply before answering
"She was complaining about her head, she said it hurts but the doctors only gave her some medication to ease the pain, they didn't find anything else," a tear fell from Sakura's eyes that she had to look away and compose herself for a moment
"We were just laughing last night, and now she won't wake up." She added, voice trembling out of pain.
Minji hugged the girl, trying to comfort her in any way she can. She rubbed her back whilst staring at Chaewon who looks so peaceful like she's only in a deep sleep.
"Sakura?" Danielle called in a soft tone, "What do you mean by they'll get in an accident? Who is Chaewon talking about?"
The girl wiped her tears, "She only mentioned Karina and Hanni, she tried to say someone else's name but then she started yelling while grabbing her head,"
Hanni stepped back a little, pointing at herself, "Me?" She said in disbelief, "I'm not even close with Karina, why the hell would I be at the same space as her? Let alone inside her car? I loath her ass,"
It was a wrong timing 'cause just as Hanni was saying that, Karina entered the room while holding three plastics of food in her hands, "I loath your ass too and I don't have a car so it's impossible that we'll be alone in the same space, anyway how is Chaewon?" She sat beside the girl and caressed her hand
Kai and Danielle looked at each other in unison and Hyein noticed this. The two then went out but before she could even follow them, Hanni gripped her wrist.
"Hyein and I will go home," She stated
"We are?" Hyein asked cluelessly
"Yes, we'll come back tomorrow," Hanni replied
Karina glared at her, "You don't have to, you're not needed here anyway."
"What the? I'm not talking to you, I'll come back for Chaewon, she's my partner in thesis," Hanni scowled
"I didn't ask," retorted Karina
Hanni's ears were getting red, she wanted to say more but Minji interrupted by offering them a ride
"That's so nice of you, Minji," Hanni smiled at her sarcastically before looking back at Karina making a disgusted face, "Good thing you have a car unlike this one," She said, pertaining to Karina
"Just you wait, I'll have my license and car before the year ends," Karina replied with a frown
"We'll be on our way, I'll drive them home and come back after, text me if you want me to buy you something," Karina told Sakura who nodded her head in gratitude
Karina and Hanni never stopped glaring at each other even when the latter is already on their way out.
"Uhm, Sakura, I'm sorry about Chaewon I'm sure she'll wake up soon," Hanni smiled at the girl genuinely and that made Sakura cry once again
"If you want to leave, just leave. Don't make her cry!" Karina whispered as she rubbed Sakura's back
Hanni rolled her eyes at her, "I'm not talking to you,"
She closed the door quietly as she followed Minji and Hyein in the hospital's corridor
"Oh, that's right. Kai and Danielle went out together again," said Hyein
Minji gasped, "There must be something going on with them,"
Hanni went beside Minji trying to eavesdrop
"That's why they're not there, huh?" Hanni mumbled to herself
As soon as they reached the parking lot they immediately saw Kai and Danielle talking to each other at the opening of the lot
"When Chaewon saw me last time she began to shake and throw up, that did mean something right? Did we caused this?" Danielle worriedly asked as she walks back in forth
Kai was quietly thinking, his eyes landed at Minji, Hanni and Hyein who are slowly approaching but befote they do he said something Danielle couldn't believe
"I think Chaewon was having visions," he whispered, only Danielle can hear
"Of the future?" the latter queries
Kai stared at her, "Of the future." He confirmed
"Aye, guys. You two have been real close these days huh?" Hanni jumped on Kai's back
"Yeah," He answered
"Dani, are you going home now? I'll drive them, you want to come?" Minji offered
Danielle nods her head, "Will you be coming back here after?"
Minji nods her head vigorously
"I'll come," said Kai
Hanni went down and punched his chest, "That's a first, come on let's go!"
Hyein observed the two as they walked back to where Minji's car is parked, the three of them were thinking three different things
"They're hiding something," Hyein thought
"They don't act like they're dating at all, but they're so eager to push us away," Minji thought as she entered the driver's seat
Hanni sat at the passenger's which made Danielle confuse 'cause she's usually the one who sits there yet she let the girl be and sat at the back instead along with Kai and Hyein
The atmosphere was cold and in just a snap all of them are being distant towards each other, they're inside their own heads
"This must be connected to what Minji and I heard that one time, and I'm going to find it out."
Hanni stared at Minji, the latter stared back as she starts the car.
"Let's get you home,"
