Black holes are considered to be the hellmouths of the universe.
Those who fall inside disappears.

But whereto?
What lies behind a blackhole?
Along with things, do space and time also vanish there?
Or do space and time be tied together and be part of an endless cycle?
What if everything that came from the past were influenced by the future?
The human brain couldn't quite comprehend these things hence why it remains unanswered.

"Kang Haerin!"
Haerin quickly turns to see who called for her name. She felt relieved to see Minji instead of... her.
It has been a week since she last talked to Danielle and eversince then she's never crossed paths with the girl, she barely even see her attend the class they share together
Maybe, Danielle is being true to her words
I'll give you time.
"Are you headed to the library again?" Minji queries as she fixed the straps of her backpack
Haerin can only nod in response. She felt like talking would give away ninety-nine percent of her energy
"Tomorrow is the last day for finals week, have you been well?" asked again by Minji and she nodded
They walked in silence towards the library. Somehow, it was peaceful and comfortable around Minji.
Haerin observes her face for a second, she noticed how firm and bold Minji's features are. This is one of those times where she can feel her heart rapidly beating out of her ribcage
But.. there is none.
It was calm.
She shrugged the thoughts off of her mind.
"How is Chaewon?" She opened up the conversation which Minji thought wouldn't happen
She was taken aback before answering, "No response, no improvement, we don't know when she'll wake,"
"I'm sorry about that,"
They entered the library and went to the farthest table, Minji pulled a chair for her
"Thanks," muttered Haerin
Minji sat across her, they sat in silence for awhile as they both highlight important things on their notes that might be on the final exam
But Minji seemed to be deep in her thoughts, she kept munching the edge of her pen causing the ink to spread across her face and inside her mouth
She made a disgusted face which Haerin quickly notices, she looks up and was distraught by the image infront
"What the hell did you do? What are you a kid? Why would you bite on it?" Haerin immediately handed her wet wipes but it only got smudged by the ink
Haerin helped, she leaned towards and wiped Minji's face herself but the ink won't erase
They were staring at each other in disbelief, not knowing what to do yet Haerin continues to wipe it off Minji's face the latter thought her whole mouth will fall off because of how agressive Haerin was
A few moments later, they were silently approached by the two least persons Minji and Haerin would want to see right now
Danielle and Hanni stood infront of them, eyes not expressing anything except confusion and... anger?
Haerin's holding Minji's face by the jaw while she wipes her mouth while the latter is looking up letting her do it
"Oh, I think we just... you know what, we'll come back later," Hanni grabbed Danielle by the wrist as they quickly trails off the scene
"They definitely got the wrong idea," Minji whispered, she checked herself by her phone's camera
Haerin's eyes followed Danielle out who didn't bother to look back. She sighed in disappointment
She tried to get back to taking notes but her mind is elsewhere.
"You okay, Haerin? Your face is red," Minji looked ridiculous but Haerin couldn't find the strength to laugh at her
"I'm okay,"
She says and yet her chest is puffing out for unknown reasons.
Haerin couldn't take it anymore so she stood up, "I'll be back, watch my things for me."
Minji nods vigorously, "Be quick, I have some questions to ask,"
"Do you want me to buy you anything?"
"Water would be fine,"
Haerin rushes to god knows where, it's like her body has a mind of its own. Where is it taking her?
She didn't know, not until it stops just ten steps away from Danielle and Kai who are arguing again
If Haerin didn't know better she would think they are a couple having a fight just like normal couples do
Kai left, and Danielle stood there alone, but just when she get the chance Hanni came out of nowhere and hugged her then walked off the opposite side where Haerin is
She fisted her knuckles, "I'll give you time, my ass." She whispered
She went back to the library, fuming inside. She packed her things furiously without saying anything to Minji, intimidated spreading all over the latter's face
"Where's my water?" Minji whispered as she pouts like a kid
"Cafeteria's full, I'm going home."
"Wait!" Minji grabbed her by the wrist, stopping her from her tracks
She looked back; annoyed. "What?"
"Can you spend the rest of the day with me? Just us, I.. I need your help with something," Minji scratched the back of her neck while looking away, feeling embarassed.
There was a throbbing pain that Haerin instantly felt at the back of her head, memories flashed but she couldn't understand what was it
All she knows is it was Minji.
Talking to her.
"Do you ever wonder what life would be like without you in it? Don't leave us, please. Danielle would be devastated,"
She snapped back into reality instantly, shocked. She pulled her hand back and Minji stares in worry
"You okay?"
Haerin inhales shakily, whose memory was it 'cause she's a hundred percent sure it isn't hers.. or is it?
