Leonidas jolts up from that dream he just had who were those men, and why did one of them sound like his father, but that thought was cut short until his father entered the room
Kratos: Leonidas come, your training begins now
Leonidas: where are we going
Kratos: the old arena by the temple
The father and son exited the house only to be stopped when they see Faye and Atreus walking towards with baskets full of berries in them
Faye: hey you two, where you boys headed off too
Kratos: to train
Atreus: what for
Leonidas: so that way I can keep us safe bud, we might be gone for a bit
Faye: well you boys stay safe out there
Leonidas: ok bye mom
As they parted ways the father and son set out to the arena, when they arrived kratos grabbed the first weapon he saw and passed it to Leonidas,
Kratos: we must start with your first ability, do you recall how you covered that sword in flames
Leonidas: umm, I think so
Kratos: just focus, and imagine something that angers you, and let that anger flow through your body
Leonidas then grasped onto the spear and closed his eyes, and imagined an enemy that would threaten his family, and when he opens his eyes they turn bright orange and flames engulfed the spear
Kratos: good, now attack me.
Leonidas: you want me to attack you?
Kratos: I want you to try.
Leonidas then rushed at his father and tried to strike him but kratos dodges the attack
Kratos: to slow try again
Leonidas got annoyed and tried to strike again only for kratos to parry the attack and push him away
Kratos: weak, again
Leonidas then got angry and blindley swung at kratos with the spear, as kratos doges all the attacks and grabs the spear, yanking it out of Leonidasa's hands, then tripping him with it
Leonidas slowly got up from his feet and calmed down a bit, as his father approached him and knelt down to his level
Kratos: your anger you can get lost in it, that's why we start with your rage, you must learn to control
