Days passed since the brothers battle with the latest Valkyrie, Leonidas spent most time training for the festival even Atreus and mandalay joining him on multiple occasions, but mandalay nephew kota would always watch him from afar doing while doing his training, he'd have to ask him about that sometime, but it was now the morning of the festival, Leonidas was currently getting dressed as he was about to make his way out to school,

Atreus: good luck today Leo

Mandalay: hope you do well out thyre

Leonidas: thanks, hope you'll be cheering for me from afar

Mandalay: oh well he watching from the TV so of course we will sweetie

Leonidas smiles giving a thumbs up as he headed out

Leonidas had made it to school, and they were all assigned in a waiting room when they got to the arena, after everyone got into thyre gym uniforms, everyone began to talk amongst themselves

Mina: aw man, I was totally hoping I could wear my costume

Kendo: at least everyone will be in uniforms ashido, it'll keep things fair

Tetsutetsu: I wonder what they're gonna throw at us in the first round, oh I can't wait to get my hands on they baggy eyed loser

Leonidas: chill man, you'll get you're shot

lida walks into the room

lida: everyone, get you're game faces on, we're entering the arena soon

Everyone was about to get up until todoroki called out to Leonidas

Todoroki: laufey

Todoroki says as he approaches Leonidas

Leonidas: todoroki, you need something?

Todoroki: from an objective stand point, I think it's clear we're on par in power

Leonidas: sure, I guess

Todoroki: if not just that, but I've noticed that all might might've taken an interest in you, I'm not here to pry about that tho, just know that I will beat you

The room was quite for a minute until kirishima and kendo got up from they're seats and headed towards the two to stop the fight

Kaminari: what's with all these declarations of war lately,

Kendo: todoroki, why are you picking a fight all of a sudden

Kirishima: yeah and right before we get started

Todoroki: we're not here to be eachothers freinds, and that goes for you too kendo, ive noticed all might I. Your corner as well, so I won't lose to you

Todoroki says as he begins to walk away but leonidas puts his hand on todoroki shoulder getting his attention

Leonidas: hey hey, hold on a sec todoroki, I like you're enthusiasm but I don't know what's going on through that head of yours or why you think you need to tell me or kendo any of this, but just know that the other courses are coming after us too, so if you really wanna win this thing than you're gonna have go all out, were all gonna have to fight to stand out, and I'm gonna be aiming for the top as well, so if you're not gonna go all out and you just wanna declare war on me, then I won't show mercy

Todoroki just glares at him as he walks away saying only one sentence

Todoroki: fine

Kendo looks at leonidas
