It was the next day into the work study as the four were in thyre hero costumes while waiting for endeavor to instruct them

Endeavor: I will train you four, but before I do so, laufey, kendo, bakugou, tell me about yourselvs, tell me what you need to work on right now and what you are capable of

Leonidas: I'm looking to learn something new from the new number 1, anything really if it improves my stats, I'm strong now but I'm looking for something new from a newly ranked and experienced hero, and I'm also here to assist kendo in a training regimen me made

Kendo: yeah,Im looking to control my power and perform it at its fullest

Endeavor: your power was super strength correct?, you were even born with a second power that allows you to enlarge your fists?

Kendo: yes, It took me a while year to learn how to control my new power since it showed up so suddenly, but then theres another power that popped up out of nowhere and I'm trying to learn how to control it

Endeavor: show me

Endeavor says as kendo reaches her palm out and three black and orange tendrils emit from her palm

Kendo: if I concentrate and release carefully, then I can build it up to it's fullest potential, this is the best I can do right now

Endeavor: what do you mean when you say build it up to it's fullest potential?

Kendo: this power can reach long distance's and capture villians, I'm looking to improve so I can travel quickly and more flexible

Endeavor: I see, what about you?

Endeavor asks referring to bakugou

Bakugou: I want to know what I can't do, thats what I'm here to find out

Burnin: haha, so cheeky!

Bakugou: shut up!, Why are you even here?!

Burnin: I'm on standby

Bakugou: tch, with my explosions I've been able to reach to my fullest capabilities, even if I only have one quirk I can become the strongest, and I also learned that just being strong isn't enough to make someone truly strong, I came to find what I still need in order to surpass the number one hero

Endeavor: very well, let's go

Todoroki: can I come too?

Endeavor: you're here to learn FlashFire fist aren't you?!

Todoroki: I've put it in thought, the training you drilled into me as a kid, looking back my head was filled with pointless hatred towards you, after entering ua and spending time with these guys, and competing my eyes were finnaly opened, In the end I'm doing what you wanted, but rember, the one I admired was the person that I watched on the TV with mom, I came here as a fledging hero, in order to become someone worthy of being a hero, of my own free will

There was a moment of silence until endeavor finally spoke

Endeavor: very well, from now on I will look at you four as heros

Endeavor: rescue, evacuation and fighting, these are the three basic categories that a hero are asked to do, normally heros focus on either rescue or fighting in thyre agencies, but my policy is to do all three, I know every corner of the city under my jurisdiction and don't let even the smallest abnormality go unnoticed, if there's an incident or an accident then I rush to the scene faster than anyone, and in order to keep casualties down if there are bystanders I keep them back with fire, the most basic of basics, parallel processing and swift response, make that the norm
