The counter quirk maximum security special prison, also known as tarterus, it's a facility built on the open sea, about five kilometers off the coast of the mainland, to the public it's just another out of site place to lock up villains, buy in reality it's dumping ground where the government can lock up those they seem a serious threat to public safety, those imprisoned here have terrifying quirks, inmates are split amongst six cell blocks that reflect how severe a criminals defenses were, and the danger thyre abilities pose, the more dangerous the person the deeper underwater thyre held, it's said that no one sent here will ever leave alive...this is the dark side of the hero society
Currently we see the league outside of the walls of tarterus while they were waiting for someone and talking to all for one through a communicator that he was able to connect to with one of his quirks

An hour later we see two heros guarding the entrance of the prison as they were on look out
Hero 1: jeez it cold out here, when will this damn snow pass already
Hero 2: no idea, but we gotta fill in on lookout, word is that some members of the league of villians are moving in on the area, best thing we can do is keep a strong front for now
Hero 2: yeah yeah I know
That was until the mount guns went off as they had an alert as the heros were confused
Hero 1: what set those off?
Hero 2: over there!
The second hero got his partners attention as they see a man with a coat aproaching them
Hero 2: sir, stop where you are, your in a restricted area!
The man ignored him as he got closer
Hero 1: sir we will open fire if you do not stop, this your final warning
The man chuckled as he unsheathed his sword
Hero 2: open fire!
The hero shouted as he and his partner along with the mounted turrets opened fire on the man as he dodges every single one of the bullets and dashes towards the heros slicing thyre heads off at binding speed, that was until a beam of ice froze the turrets as they were shattered by a hammer with electricty emeting off it
The large man snaps his fingers as the hammer returns to him, one of the walky talkies attached to one of the heros hips went off as it was calling for a report
Walkie talkie: hello report, what's going on out there?!, I repeat report immedi-
The walking talkie was cut off when the large man stepped on it crushing it completely
