Atreus and Angraboda were following the blood trail left behind
Angraboda: if we run into Gryla, please don't do anything drastic
Atreus: why?
Angraboda: she's my grandmother
Atreus: what?!
Angraboda: she wasn't always like this, when she learned my father wouldn't do anything to avert his fate, she....changed...
Atreus: I see...
The two continues foward as Angraboda lead Atreus to gryla's home
Atreus: did alot of giants live here?, Overtime?
Angraboda: you wanna know about your mother?
Atreus: she lived this entire life before she had me and my brother, and I don't know anything about it
Angraboda: I'm sorry, I don't know anything about her, your mother left the path of the giants way before I was born
The two had made it to gryla's home to see it in ruins
Angraboda: this is gryla's home, no lights....she may still be checking her traps but she might have more animals inside, we have to be quick
The two then climb a wall to get into the giant window of the home
Atreus: so Gryla, what does she need animal souls for anyway?
Angraboda: she can live moments from theyre lives, finally feel free, the wind in thyre fur as they run, thyre only worries being where to hunt and where to sleep, but it's not real
Atreus: oh...
Atreus and Angraboda hop inside the house as Atreus accidentally knocks over a large cup, they freeze for a second only to find Gryla wasn't home
Angraboda: good, gryla's still out
Atreus: wow, her things are so big, where's the wolf?
Angraboda: there's a door to the cellar over here, she might keep the animals down there
Atreus: the keys already in the lock, we just gotta turn it
Angraboda: Loki-
Atreus: hey, we know my future and it doesn't involve us getting killed by your grandma
Angraboda: not how it works
Atreus boosts Angraboda up to the key as she grabs it and turns it unlocking the door, the two open the door as they enter the room
Angraboda: I think I can hear something breathing in the back of the cellar
Atreus: me too, but I'm not hearing a voice
The two head to the back of the room as they look for the source of the breathing, Atreus spots a snake hanging from a wall as he places his palm on it
Atreus: I can't feel anything, just like the other one
Angraboda: she took it's soul...theres not much more we can do
Atreus then gets an idea as he pulls out the bag Angraboda gave him as she notices
Angraboda: what are you...?
Atreus: you didn't....have a least favorite giant, did you?
Angraboda: what?
Atreus then pulls out a marble as he walked towards the snake but Angraboda stops him
Angraboda: no, you can't
