Chapter 1

I sighed getting up to my alarm !! I hate mornings for sure !! I turned the alarm and brushed my teeth and took a warm shower waking me up fully !! I got ready in a plain simple kurti and went to make a breakfast !! I made dosa as it is easy and ate it with the chutney i made for dinner yesterday !! Being alone is a sin for sure !!! I took my bag and mobile and went out !!! I walked for few minutes and reached my work place !! I went to the changing room and changed into the floral printed saree !! I hope u all got an idea of what i do here !! I am working as a receptionist in this hospital since two months !!

Me : Ahh !!

I turned to see Alya my friend who is also a receptionist here !!

Alya : Enna d serious ah yosikura ? ( What are u thinking so seriously ? )

Me : Nothing d !!

Alya : Mmm !! Okk !! I thought you have gone crazy !!

She said giggling teasing me making me laugh !! She is the only one i have now in this whole world !! I shook off my thoughts and started doing my work !! It was so boring yet i finished it and this continued for a week again as usual !! One day i got ready earlier than usual since i have some files pending to complete !! I went to the hospital and was greeted by the watchman anna !!

Watchman : Enna maa ennaiku sekkiram vanthuta ? ( What happened maa u arrived early today ? )

Me : Nothing anna !! Konjam files pending irruku athaan !! ( It's just that i have some pending files to do anna !! )

I said while he smiled nodding and i went in !!! The doctors are yet to arrive so the nurses , other staffs too !!! I sat on my desk finishing up my pending works when i heard a quarrel outside !! I went to see a man covered in hoodie showing his scratched arms which was bleeding to the watchman anna saying something !! I couldn't figure out his face though !!

Me : What's the problem here ?

Watchman : Maa eventhough i say there aren't doctors right now to treat his wound he is saying he want to get treated !!

Me : Sir what happened ?

???? : Well i was jogging when a man in a bike pushed me hard racing !!! I fell on the road and got bruises !! It was the only hospital nearby !! How could u all be this careless ?? !!!

Me : Sir it's a private clinic and the doctors are yet to arrive since it's so early !! If u don't mind it seems like a mild scratch i can clean it up and cover it if u are okk with it !!

???? : Are you a doctor ?

Me : Nope !! But it's just first aid !! Doctors mattum illa everyone should know the first aid !! ( Not only doctors everyone should know how to do first aid !! )

I said and he came inside the hospital !! I took cotton , ointment , bandage and a bandaid !!! I cleaned his wound on the arms and covered it with bandage !! And covered the cut in his forehead with a band-aid !!!

Me : Sir it's fine now !! If u feel pain continuously u can get a TT from the doctor !! Just be careful not to get the wound wet !!

I said while he nodded and took money from his pocket handing it to me !!!

Me : No no it's fine sir !!! I am just a receptionist since doctor didn't treat you , u don't have to pay fees !!

???? : Okk !! Bye !!

He said going out and just then alya and Chief doctor entered !! We both greeted the doctor as he went to his room !!

Alya : Yaaru d Athu ? Handsome ah irrukaan ? ( Who was that guy ? He looked handsome !! )
