Chapter 6

I ran into the building and sliding the doors open so fast they slammed and almost broke the wood.

"Y/n stop slamming my doors" Master Heo warned

"Sorry" I said as I bowed

I stood up and walked forward coming to a stop and stood in front of Uk before I frantically looked him over for any injures.

"I'm okay" Uk said as he pushed my hands away

I glared at him

"You got poisoned and almost died how is any of that okay" I asked

He just blinked before he laughed

"I'm fine besides Master Heo opened my gate of energy" Uk assured

"The only reason he did that was because you were going to die"

He shrugged as he stood up almost falling, I quickly caught him and helped him sit down.

"Don't push yourself" I told him

"Y/n's right Uk your still weak" Master Heo said as he glanced at us

Uk sighed as he laid back down, I wet the cloth and wiped the small amount of sweat that was forming.

"Where's Mu-deok" Uk asked

I glanced down at him

"She in the secret room they were torturing her to get information on what she poisoned you with" I spoke as I ringed the extra water out

"Y/n"

I looked up at Master Heo who had a serious expression

"Yes?" I asked confused

"Didn't I tell you that you needed to rest" he asked

I gulped a little

"I did I slept last night" I lied

He shook his head with a sigh

"No you didn't and I know you didn't because when I came to check on Uk I saw you sitting besides him"

My eyes widen

"Um you sure you just weren't seeing things I mean you are kinda old" I spoke

I mentally cursed for saying that last part

"I'm not that old and I know I wasn't seeing things because I watched for a little"

"That's kinda creepy" I said

I narrowed his eyes as he pointed to the door

"Go and rest now young lady"

I slumped my shoulders as I grabbed my sword and mumbled under my breath as I walked out, I gently closed the doors as I walked down the path, once I was a little farther away I stood up straight.

I walked past the training center, I made sure Dang-gu wasn't there as I walked by, once I got past I quickly got to the gates and left songrim looking behind me every now and then which of course made me run into someone.
