"How do we really know if it is really her" a man asked

The leader huffed as he looked over his shoulder before looking forward

"Because the necklace is made of the seem thing as the stone therefore the two are connected and she left it behind so if she were to find it the necklace would glow" he explained

"Ryota it could of been anyone who set that off" a women spoke

Ryota glared at the woman

"What are you saying" he questioned

"I'm just saying the young lady disappeared many years ago we don't know if she's still alive for all we know she could of died years ago" the women spoke

Ryota growled

"Listen I will only say this once the young lady is alive, she is the only one who is able to use the stones power and control it there has been no one else in the history of her family who could do it besides her" Ryota spoke

As much as she knew he was right she also knew it had been many years it was very unlikely that the one who made the stone glow was the young lady they once new, she was very much aware that with how many years had past she could of had a child and already passed on.

"Ryota think for a moment with how many years have past she could of had a child and that child could of been the one to cause the necklace to glow" she explained

"Ayame it is the one we know she is the only one who it could possibly of sent the signal" Ryota said

Ayame took a deep breath

"Ryota when she was little her connection and her power to control the stone was fading in fact she had lost it completely by the time she was six months her parents just made it look like she still had it, she wasn't able to control the stone nor was she ever able to harness it's power it was the same for her as it was for everyone born into the family there connection was strong when they were born but then faded as they got older, no one has been able to keep it nor have they ever been able to control and harness it's power" Ayame explained

Ryota stopped and looked down at the necklace before he looked at his son who he had brought along. He knew that Ayame was right that with the time that past it was very much possible she had a child but he didn't want to believe that the person he loved was gone. He ran his hand through his greying hair, he sighed as he looked over his son's features he just stood there not saying anything.

His son looked very much like him, he had his long black hair, his tan skin and his brown eyes. His son had a scar over his right eye but he had gotten it in a completely different way then his father, he had gotten it fighting a soul shifter who had shown up. His son was relatively the same height as him if now a few inches taller, his hair was half up with a bun with his crown hiding the bun in place.

"I know Ayame but I don't want to believe it the women that I loved when I was younger I just don't want to believe that she's indeed gone" he spoke

Ayame looked at him with sadness, they had been friends for a while. They had meet years ago when the young lady was a child and after her disappearance they become close sharing there worries. She even helped him find his wife who had sadly passed away a few years ago due to a sickness.

"I'm aware Ryota but you have to remember how long it has been if she were to have a child they would be around the same age as Hajime" Ayame explained

Ryota clenched his fist

"I'm aware Ayame but I won't believe that she already has a child let alone that she's dead until I see it for myself" Ryota spoke through gritted teeth
