Marcus Thompson the father of Sasha is the head of the British mafia and was childhood friends with the Shelby's brother mother and when she died he made sure they were looked after. He brought two big house next to each other one for him and his two kids and the other for the Shelby's. He left Sasha in good care with Polly knowing his princess will be save because he had to go back to his mafia and didn't have the heart to separate tommy and Sasha.
