The Prince family and the Light family are two of the three founder families of Haling Cove with the Romero's and have been friends for generations, Aiden and Rae have know each other there whole entire life and are complete opposites but blend together so well.
People at preparatory high know Aiden as a cold hearted asshole who completely melts when his bestfriend who is literally to sweet for her own good is around him, everyone can see he is madly in love with Rae except herself but what is known at preparatory high is never ever mess with Rae because you won't just have Aiden after you but her entire friend group who is literally the opposite of nice and her parents who basically run Haling Cove with the Princes and the Romero's. There is one person tho who dare try's to hurt Rae light and there her older jealous sister who is obsessed with Aiden and the new girl.
