"You tryna get some breakfast with me?" Simone's phone vibrates making her look away from her computer that sat on her lap. She sees Sergio's iMessage text and opens it. It was currently 9:02 AM on a Saturday and Simone wanted to get all her missing work done so she could get moved back into the AB honor roll.
She opened his message and just stared at it. She hadn't talked to Sergio in a hot minute so she was surprised he still wanted to hang with her.
She glanced up at Titan who was sound asleep on his back. Since their talk almost a month ago, Titan would tend to sleep in her room after he had made it home because "withdrawals ain't shit to play with" Simone couldn't lie and say she hasn't been randomly sweaty, with a sudden feeling of insomnia and anxiety lately.
The doctor expressed that she was making awfully good progress with the healing of her stab wound, she earned herself to be off crutches a week ago. He voluntarily helped her while she recovered. If she needed something she wouldn't even have to get up because Titan would be already on it.
"Sure" She responded. She was almost done with her work anyway so about time she got back she would be done in a short time. Before she got the chance to close the message Sergio saw it and began typing. "Imma come pick you up in 30" Simone swipes up and was about to tell him okay but forgot she didn't live in her apartment anymore. She deletes the message and instead types in her new address. Before she got the chance to send it an incoming call interrupted.
