Ruv POV
"NO, H*LL NO-" I shouted rather loudly, making the people around us turn their heads to us.
Sarv quickly muttered apologies to them and turned her attention back to me.
"Just play it, you're not gonna die or anythi-" Sarv said.
"Do you not understand English?" I snapped, "You know, English is my 2nd language. There's no way I can speak it better than you, can I?"
"Just play i-" Sarv pleaded.
"I SAID N-" I yelled once again.
"JUST PLAY OK STOP FIGHTING!" Aris shouted.
"Fine, whatever," I answered, fed up of arguing with people constantly.
"No going too far," Sarv mentioned.
"Yeah yeah whatever," Carol replied.
"K, Sarv, truth or dare?" Mayumi asked.
"Truth," Sarv answered.
"What's the most funny thing you've been dared to do ever?" Mayumi questioned.
"Hmm...to turn into a chicken using my demon powers," Sarv replied, "Whitty, I'll never forgive you for that."
"BUT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!" Whitty exclaimed.
Sarv pouted grumpily and crossed her arms.
"Awhhh Sarv getting gwumpy?" Carol teased.
Sarv instantly sent a death glare at Carol.
"Ooh, fiesty. Tame your girlfrie- OWWWW-" Carol whined as if twisted her wrist.
"Say more and it's not only gonna be your wrist that's broken," I warned.
"Uh- calm dow-" Sarv said before disappearing into thin air.
She was replaced with a pink powder-ish substance. I took off one glove and felt the substance. Just as I had feared.
Krus: no...no...NO!
Rsch: why...
"Gunpowder..." I mumbled.
"Gunpowder??? Why would there be-" Aris asked before also disappearing, purple powder spread.
Rsch: NO! WHY? THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO-
Krus: calm down...please,i know it's hard but please...
[Krus pecks a kiss on Rsch's forehead to calm her down]
Next was Whitty; orange powder. Then Carol; navy blue. However, Mayumi never disappeared, and neither did I.
"How is this...what just happened?" Mayumi muttered in fear, her voice cracking.
"I...the GP Massacre...it's happening again..." I stammered.
"May I ask...w-what is that?" Mayumi stuttered.
"GP stands for gunpowder. The GP Massacre was an incident in which random people start disappearing, replaced with coloured gunpowder. No one knows why and it remains an unsolved mystery 'til this day. It happened before when I was younger, I..." I explained before I felt a something roll down my cheek.
I swiftly wiped it away, which only made more fall.
"A-Are you..." Mayumi whispered before patting my back.
I buried my face in my hands and hugged my knees. Why... Why me...
"...I lost my grandparents from it," I muttered in between sobs, my voice muffled.
"...I'm so sorry for your loss..." Mayumi said.
We sat in silence there. The busy mall somehow felt quiet. As if the sounds were forbidden from entering my ears as I drowned in grief and sadness once again. Everything I let go of was coming back again. And stronger this time.
