After our visit to Faroe Island, we took a short drive back up to the coast to the town of Eysturoy—one of the archipelago's largest islands, lay many sizable and smallish islands.

It's a shining gem on the coastline, perched atop a 20 meter-high limestone cliff above the crystal clear waters of the Eysturoy Island. When we went back to Copenhagen, once again we spent hours exploring the beautiful maze of streets, white houses, and even infinite terraces looking at the blue sea. I even got my drone out for a spectacular view from the sky.

Located in the middle of the city, the charming free small beach is wrapped up by two magnificent rocky cliffs with a historic bridge that resembles an aqueduct, it consists of several tall, narrow arches with massive columns that amazed me big time.

Hapon na nang tuluyan na kaming bumalik sa hotel. Nasa loob na ako ng suit ko at sandaling nagpapahinga. I sat down on a single sofa that faces on the high glass wall of my suit.

While the setting sun kindled the sky, the coastline of the sea in front of me, presented itself as a magnificent view.

I was snapped from my thoughts when my phone beeped for the first time today. Hindi ko agad che-neck iyon, thinking that maybe it's just Arshed again. Pero nang tumunog na ito para sa isang tawag ay tumayo ako at tiningnan iyon.

I sighed heavily when I saw it was my mother who was calling. Pinagmasdan ko lang iyon at hindi sinagot hanggang sa mamatay. Ilang sandali lang ay si Cassimer na naman ang tumawag.

Bumuga ulit ako ng hangin at hinilot ang sentido.

My day is tiring and I don't want to argue with any of my family. Gusto ko na lang magpahinga buong gabi at e-enjoy itong lakad na 'to.

Pagkatapos ng ring ay nag-ring ulit ang cellphone ko dahil pa rin sa tawag ni Cassimer. I sighed for the ninth time before I decided to answer it.

"Hello, Ate, why didn't you pick Mommy's call?"

Pumikit ako at kinalma ang sarili dahil sa binungad ni Cassimer sa akin, para bang hindi ako aware sa mga dahilan kung bakit tumatawag si Mommy sa akin.

"What do you want?"

Narinig ko ang pagbuntong hininga ni Cassimer sa kabilang linya. Sa kanilang dalawa ni Ate Raia, mas kasundo ko pa itong si Cassimer. Not just because he's our only brother, but because he pampered me sometimes from our parents' wrath.

"Ate, sabi ni Mommy kailangan mo raw mag-take ng leave para sa 30th anniversary ng kompanya. Alam mong sa susunod na linggo na iyon," Cassimer said.

"Cass, alam mo namang busy ako sa trabaho. Mom knows that too. Tsaka I'm on a trip now in Denmark, mahihirapan akong isingit ang leave ko pagbalik ko sa Canada."

"I know, Ate, pero kinukulit ako ni Mommy kasi hindi mo sinasagot ang tawag niya. Tapos sinabi niya na kapag hindi ka raw dadating sa anniversary at mapahiya ang pamilya natin..." Cassimer thrilled off kaya napapikit na lang ako. I know what's next. Ilang beses na itong ginawa nina Mommy't Daddy tuwing may okasyon sa kompanya.

I am not fond of their parties and all, lalo na kapag tungkol sa kompanya. Kasi kapag nandoon ako, they will just slander me for choosing a job not in line with our business.

"I'll just call her, Cass, don't worry," saad ko para mapanatag na siya. Narinig ko ang pagbuntong hininga ng kapatid ko sa kabilang linya.

"How are you, Ate?" Mas kalmado na ang boses nito ngayon.
