Letter from Winter

Winter is near ,
I can feel the cold air beneath my skin ,
It feels like winter is here ,
from the warmth under my blanket ,
From the cosy snug of my pillow,
The still leaves conveyed me ,
Winter is near.

This morning when chirruping sparrows sat near my roof ,
They sang the poem of winter.
A blow of wind from the window made me  to shrink along with my blanket ,
With its feel it told me that
Winter is near .

Standing on my roof , fog filled my eyes and conveyed that
Winter is near .

Yesterday sun set so early ,
It didn't gave me a chance to wave goodbye,
But left me a letter that
Winter is near .
