So Brooklyn is officially dead in the story and I really don't see a reason to keep this book's title her name. Plus she also just hasn't been in the book as much as I thought she'd be, it sort of just turned into Thaddeus's story, hence why I will be changing the book's name to his and I'll be changing the picture.
By the time you read this, the title will have either already changed or it's minutes away from that. RIP Brooklyn, this is your son's story now.
