Seungmin and Hyunjin had been dating for almost a year now. They had their ups and downs, but one thing that always remained constant was their love for each other.

One evening, as they were lounging on Hyunjin's couch, Seungmin pulled out his phone and started playing a song. It was "Why" by Bazzi, and Hyunjin recognized it immediately. It was a song about a toxic relationship, and he couldn't help but feel a little uneasy.

As the song played, Hyunjin couldn't help but think about all the times he had hurt Seungmin. He had been distant, cold, and at times even downright cruel. He had made mistakes, big and small, and yet Seungmin was still here, loving him despite it all.

Hyunjin looked over at Seungmin, who was staring at the ceiling, lost in thought. He reached over and took Seungmin's hand in his, lacing their fingers together.

"Seungmin," Hyunjin said softly. "Do you really love me, even though I've hurt you so many times?"

Seungmin turned to Hyunjin, his eyes filled with warmth and love. "Of course I do," he said. "I love you more than anything, Hyunjin."

"But why?" Hyunjin asked, his voice trembling. "Why do you still love me, even when I'm an asshole? Even when I don't reply to your texts, even when I make you feel like you're not enough?"

Seungmin took a deep breath, his gaze never leaving Hyunjin's. "Because you're still the one I want, Hyunjin," he said. "You're the one I think about when I wake up in the morning and when I go to sleep at night. You're the one who makes my heart skip a beat, even after all this time."

Hyunjin felt a tear roll down his cheek. He had never felt so loved, so understood, so seen. He leaned in and kissed Seungmin softly, pouring all of his love and gratitude into the kiss.

As they pulled away, Hyunjin knew that he had to do better, to be better for Seungmin. He couldn't promise that he would never hurt him again, but he promised to always try his best, to always show him love and affection, to always be there for him.

Because if there was one thing he knew for sure, it was that he never wanted to lose Seungmin's love, no matter how many times he messed up.

Seungmin smiled at Hyunjin, his eyes shining with happiness. "I know you'll try your best, Hyunjin," he said. "And that's all I can ask for. We're in this together, and we'll figure it out."

Hyunjin felt a weight lifted off his shoulders, knowing that Seungmin understood him and was willing to work with him through their problems.

"I love you so much, Seungmin," Hyunjin said, his voice barely above a whisper.

"I love you too, Hyunjin," Seungmin replied, squeezing his hand gently.

They sat there in silence for a few moments, just enjoying each other's company and the warmth of their love. Hyunjin felt more at peace than he had in a long time, knowing that Seungmin was by his side, always and forever.
