Papa was so hostile towards Jalil earlier. I can feel Vina getting nervous and Mama was quiet too. Kuya Vonn wasn't helping either kasi ang sama din ng tingin. I know we're all protective of her kasi she's our baby, and I felt bad when I saw how she was shaking. Kaya I tried to lighten everything up and thankfully, magaan din naman kausap si Jalil. I noticed na he has a way around people kaya after a while, Mama was able to loosen up around his company. I think si Kuya rin naman. It's super obvious that they're sizing him up. But Jalil said na madali lang daw siyang kausap. Kung hindi raw sila papayag na maging prom date siya ni Vina, hindi raw siya mangungulit. Aware daw siya sa rules namin sa bahay kasi nasabi rin ni Vina upfront that's why he's trying on his own.
I could tell my parents were taken aback by that. Pero hindi rin naman sila humindi. Jalil said he's gonna try again tomorrow and maybe I'm wrong pero, I think ngumiti si Papa? He even bid him good luck.
Anyway, somehow Jalil reminds me of someone from before. I just hope this plays out well for my baby sister. I don't want her to end up with the same situation as mine. My baby deserves everything. 😔

Vanya had nothing to do to pass the time. She decided to scroll on her phone instead, passing a picture of someone she hasn't seen for almost a decade. She doesn't know what struck her but she absentmindedly clicked on his username, redirecting her to his profile. A faint smile drew on her lips.
