Sure thing roy! Just did some headcanons and kept it gn for this. Sorry if it's not accurate to what you wanted, tried to portray it as best as I could lol

-when you two start a friendship, he doesn't get too touchy but one time he walked up behind you when you both weren't paying attention and placed his hand on your shoulder before trying to ask you something, catching you off guard
-you immediately jolted forward, brushing his hand off your shoulder on reflex and keeping your hand on it while turning to face him with a startled look
-he suddenly got concerned. "..are you alright....?" you responded with (something similar to) "i'm alright, just don't sneak up on me like that again.."
-he was careful not to do that again of course, and didn't think much of it.
-however one time when you were watching a movie together, he subconsciously leaned into you, getting way too close for your liking
-you didn't want to bother him so you just sat there silently panicking, not even able to focus on the movie while breathing heavily
-Kevin noticed your state and pulled away to ask you what was wrong, clearly concerned
-"you're just a little too close, is all..." he immediately understands and slightly moves away from you, giving you personal space
-when your in a relationship, he doesn't really know how to initiate intimacy like cuddles but will try not to invade your personal space and make you too uncomfortable
-if he ever notices you uncomfortable he might think it's cuz he's too close and ask what's wrong
-he might ask if your okay with small touches like hand holding, and if you are, he won't do it much but sometimes (will ask beforehand)
-generally he understands and it doesn't bother him too much, whatever your comfortable with is best for him
