Yeah that happens to you as-well but since your kinda new at using your powers that you've been hating since being in hydra, and when this happens using your powers at full power will hurt you badly. And sometimes if you use too much power at one time you'll need to not use them to recharge but you could still use your powers but they might not work correctly for now. Thx for reading this!
