I opened my eyes and saw that I was in a white oversized T-shirt.

Weh the fuck me deh?

I took up my phone to see 25 missed calls from Dominique.

2:30pm? This time must wrong. I rubbed my eyes to see if I was seeing correctly.

Jesus, wah dis now?

I hopped up out the bed and my feet kicked a bucket of vomit.

Mi need fi gah mi yaad and nah come back here.

I grabbed my stuff and bust the door open, only to come face to face with ROMELOU.

How me end up sleep a this man yaaad?

"Just did a come check pon yuh, how yuh feel?"

I groan. He held my hand, "come, mek yuh some tea."

"Did we have se—"

"Dat yuh tink bout me? Seh mi woulda tek advantage of Yuh while yuh drunk?"

I was too embarrassed to go back and forth with him. I had a slight headache and I just wanted to go home.

Reason number one why I don't really drink, but with all the shit that's going through my mind, I wanted to feel numb.

"Why am I wearing your clothes?"

"Your own vomit up, suh mi sister put that pon yuh." he scoffs, "mi nuh know wah kind a somebody yuh tink mi be enuh" he hiss.

"Oh"

"Yea, Oh." we we're both staring at each other and he looked like he wanted to say something to me but refrained.

Last night he just made me feel safe and I couldn't help myself so I kissed him.

I blame the four Smirnoff ice for the liquid courage.

Hopefully he doesn't bring it up.

Anything after that, I can't recall.

"Yuh waah ginger tea? Yuh probably hangover."

I am, my stomach is turning and I should go home.

"Thanks."

I followed him downstairs, I'm sitting around the kitchen counter watching him make my tea.

Thinking about the kiss, I probably came off as desperate. But, I was 'drunk' so that will be my excuse if he brings it up.

He probably will.

He handed me the tea, "thank you, I'll drink this and leave. Me fiancé is probably concerned."

He scoffs, "mek yuh nuh run dah boy deh?"

"Listen Mr. Shaqiri I would prefer if you leave my personal business alone. Thanks for the tea but I have to head home."
