During the funeral, everyone was heartbroken that Mr.Tangwai had passed suddenly. Noeul was grieving along with his mother and siblings. Boss couldn't help but console his grieving boyfriend. Noeul helped the young men put his father down into the ground as his mother sat quietly and watched.
Suddenly, a woman with light brown wavy hair showed up as the funeral was coming to an end. She was wearing a tan colored trench coat with black Louis Vuitton glasses. Everyone was stunned at the ladies' impeccable beauty as she walked towards the grave sight. Everyone was whispering to each other, wondering who the women could possibly be. They wondered perhaps if Mr.Tangwai had an unknown mistress. Mrs.Tangwai couldn't help but know who the young lady was as well.
She walked over to Noeul, who was standing at the grave sight. She hugged Noeul as Boss stepped back to judge her every move. Noeul was shocked just like everyone else who was watching everything play out. Mrs.Tangwai stood up from her chair and asked who she was as she hugged Noeul. As she turned around, he let Noeul out of her embrace as she proceeded to glance at Mrs.Tangwai. She smirked while taking off her shades to reveal herself to her and the public. Mrs.Tangwai was shocked to see that she was indeed Noeul's mother. Noeul's mother turned her head to look at her son, who was confused about the situation. Until he saw his mother before him. He couldn't help but give her a big embrace since he hadn't seen her in a long time.
After the funeral, they decided to go back home to the Tangwai estate. They all gathered at the table, including Krist, who has not been ridden of his behavior nor actions. Ms. Lee was happy to see her son, who has grown a lot since he visited her in Korea. Boss didn't understand the circumstances of who this woman was until Noeul did the unthinkable. He proceeded to come out to his mother that he was soon to be getting married. Suddenly, that's when Boss realized that the woman in front of him was none other than Noeul's mother. He quickly grabbed Noeul's leg to stop him from telling her out of respect since he wasn't ready. Yet, he insisted on telling her since he wanted her to be at his wedding. Ms. Lee was confused because her son never told her about getting married or about his partner. Noeul glanced over at Boss, indicating to his mother that he was his partner that he was going to marry.
Ms. Lee glanced over at Boss, who was staring both at Noeul and his mother nervously. She held her arms out to comfort Boss from being nervous and made it known that she accepted them with a smile. Of course, she wanted to talk with Mrs.Tangwai privately since her ex-husband has passed. Ms. Lee and Mrs.Tangwai agreed upon having a private conversation to discussion between the two of them.
"I prayed that I wouldn't have to see you any time soon. Unfortunately, it couldn't have come at a sooner and better time." Ms. Lee said
"What do you mean by that?" Mrs.Tangwai questioned
"Don't act like you don't know, Noeul already informed you and your kids. Since your husband is now deceased, it is time that Noeul inherits what is rightfully his." Ms. Lee replied
"Yeah! I am aware of the situation." Mrs.Tangwai said
"I am glad you understand, but does your children understand? It's not shocking that you'd keep such a secret like this from your own children." Ms. Lee said
"...."
"Listen, just because I left and divorced my ex-husband doesn't mean that I don't know anything that is currently going on. I know how capable you're when it comes to your antics, which is why I had everything planned out before I left." Ms. Lee explained
"So, you knew that I would've tried to have my children part of the will?" Mrs.Tangwai asked, stunned
"Yes!" Ms. Lee said
