Chapter XIX

By the time Beatrice passed through the portal and because of the time difference, she had already forgotten everything. Everything that happened. She forgot who Ava was and she wasn't the only one. Everyone did. It was as if Ava never existed.

Beatrice woke up she was on the floor and had no idea how she got there. Camila got in, she ran towards her and took her to the room. She put her to sleep and when Beatrice woke up, she started living her life again, her life before Ava

Three days later, Ava was still gone from everyone's memories. But Ava, she kept her promise. When everything finished, when the world was saved she came back.

It was evening, Beatrice was training when she heard some noise coming from the room where the ark was. She ran inside ready to fight. She a girl she couldn't recognise standing there, with her clothes torned.

"Beatrice"

Beatrice looked at Ava confused.
How could a stranger know her name
"Who are you? How do you know my name"
"I'll explain everything but can you put the stake down?"
"No."

Beatrice said, she ran towards Ava and was ready to hit her but Ava phased. Beatrice took a step back and looked at Ava shocked. How did she have the halo

"The halo? How"

"Can we talk now? Please"

Beatrice looked at Ava's eyes. For some seconds, she felt like she knew her somehow and then the urge, that weird urge to kiss Ava. So strange. She let the stake fall down

"How do i know that i can trust you?"
"Okay. I'll tell you what i know. You are Beatrice you are a secret ninja whatever nun part of the OCS. I am guessing that, couple days ago you somehow were here you had no idea how you got here"

All those things were true. But how Did she knew it

"I am Ava and, we used to be close"

"I need more. Thats not enough"

"Are you for real?"

Ava said. Beatrice picked the stake up again

"Not the stake. Please."

"I don't trust you."

Beatrice said she was ready to hit Ava again, Ava grabbed Beatrice's hand and pulled her close to she couldn't resist it she was about to kiss Beatrice but Beatrice pulled back

"What are you doing?"

"Okay what am I about to say will sound really weird but, I know your secret and you and i, we were something, we are something, more than friends"

"No I would never"

Beatrice shook her head she couldn't believe it

"There's no shame in being yourself Beatrice."

Ava didn't know what to do to bring Beatrice's memories back.

"Okay i know one more thing. When you woke up here, you had- you had a necklace in your pocket. Right? I bet, i bet you still got it"

Ava was right, again. Beatrice took that necklace out of her pocket. Ava moved closer and grabbed Beatrice's hand, the necklace started glowing. Beatrice looked it, then started at Ava, Ava took the chance she touched Beatrice's face and kissed her. While they were kissing, Beatrice started remembering slowly. She ended up falling down on the floor, Ava fall down with her. Beatrice closed her eyes for some seconds then opened her eyes again, she was sobbing a bit

"Bea?"
"I remember everything. I do. Ava oh my god"

Beatrice said once she realised what was happening she hugged Ava then pulled back and kissed her again. While they were kissing Camila walked in, she was surprised when she saw Beatrice kissing a stranger

"What?"
"Camila i can explain"

Beatrice didn't get to do anything. She didn't have to Reya appeared out of nowhere. Beatrice and Camila looked at her surprised, but Ava smiled instead. She nodded. She knew Reya would help her. Reya nodded to. She moved her fingers, and disappeared. After some seconds Camila passed out. Beatrice was about to ran to her,  Ava stopped her

"It's okay. She'll be okay"

Ava nodded, Beatrice stared at Ava again then fell into her arms.

"You are- you came back"
"I promised you. It's over all of it. It's over"
