Both Sonic and Numbuh 1 had arrived near the treehouse to which Sonic halted once he notice a bus like ship entering inside the treehouse, confusing him on that

Sonic: "so you kids have a flying bus to go to school to or something?" 

Numbuh 1: (facepalm) "no that bus isn't for school is our flying prison transport bus call the C.O.O..L.B.U.S"

Sonic: "huh i see soooo if its here then wouldn't that mean someone is in your treehouse"

Numbuh 1: "yes" he then realized it "on no!! Numbuh 1000 must've sent my own team to stop us!"

Sonic: (sarcasm) "well at least i get to meet them in someway or form"

Numbuh 1: "we got to find a way to get past them as they very skillful in the field i should know as they are my teammates"

Sonic: "hey remember those devices Metal gave us?" Numbuh 1 looked confuse at first then remember and pull out one of those devices "we have 7 of them we can use 4 of them to bring your team back"

Numbuh 1: (looking thrill a bit) "this is great in no time flat i can have my team back"

Sonic: "cool though we have to beat them or weaken them first as they are trained for combat they won't just let us change them back"

Numbuh 1: "i'm fully aware of what we have to do but i assure you nothing will get in the way of me reuniting with my team" on cue someone came out of the treehouse from full high before landing onto the ground feet stomping harsh into the ground "except that"

Sonic: "you kids really defy the laws of figures" the figure turn out to be Numbuh 362 in her battle form "now thats some cool armor shes got"

Numbuh 1: (shocked) "Numbuh 362!!! our supreme leader and former greatest spy"

Sonic: "oh boy get ready"

The boys dodge her yield sign boxing glove punch and her swinging it at them, Sonic tried to spin dash her but was blocked by her weapon as she push him back surprising him at her quick reflex movement

Numbuh 1 was hesitated on shooting at her which gave her the opening to fire his weapon off him forcing him to dodge the rest of her shots, this ended up giving Sonic the chance to strike as he manage to spin dash a bit before she quickly recover by firing at him

Luckily Sonic evaded the firing shots and begin firing at her with his weapons whih collided with hers, Numbuh 1 tried pinning his boss down to hopefully place the device on her to end this fight quickly

However Rachel prove to be more stronger than Nigel as she toss him off of her easily before hitting him with her glove sign, Sonic tried getting the drop on her only for her to easily stop him and send crashing near Numbuh 1

Brainwash Numbuh 362: "you might as well give up and let us take you to our leader to become one of us Nigel" she begin firing a weapon at them as they dodge it and went into hiding for a moment

Numbuh 1: "ugh shes too good even out of pratice she is the leader for a reason!"

Sonic: "i don't get it Nigel you were barely even trying to attack her, she made not be a robot but you were okay with smashing your other operatives before"

Numbuh 1: (nervous) "its complicated Sonic"

Sonic: "hmmm well you distract her if your not going to fight her then i'll strike her hard enough you can put the device on her okay?" Numbuh 1 nodded as Sonic zoom around behind the approaching leader

Numbuh 1: (sigh) "come on Rachel better take a nice shot at me" Numbuh 362 begin firing at Numbuh 1 which allow Sonic to charge up his spin dash as Numbuh 1 got close up on purpose to get his moind control boss to tried hitting him physically to which allow Sonic to finish charging and hitted her before she notice

Once finish he zoom at her very quickly and manage to send Numbuh 362 flying causing to crash to the ground making it so she'll have a harder time getting up, this allow Numbuh 1 to place the device on her which overided her brainwash turning her back to normal

Numbuh 1: "Rachel!!! are you okay!"

Numbuh 362: (coming to her sense) "ugh my head where am i?" she notice Numbuh 1 "Nigel! your okay" he was surprise when she hug him "when we became brainwash i was very afraid you been capture ooh what happen? whos he?" pointing at Sonic who gave her a thumbs up winking at her smirking

Numbuh 1: "uh i'll explain it all to you" as he begins to tell her whats up Sonic begin to ponder a bit

Sonic: "wonder how Motor and Pedal are doing?"

We cut to the King and Queen arriving to their castle when they entered it they saw Sir Knight helping those guards from earlier get some candy by breaking the vendor machine and then they notice the rulers had arrived looking annoyed at what they just discovered

Sir Knight Numbuh 1: "uh i can explain!"
