After a giant breakfast (for Avi at least), Avi drove them to the studio. They remained silent. Their thoughts were still deeply turned to the memories of last night. Mitch put his left hand on Avi's right one and didn't remove it during all the ride. First times.

Today was dedicated to the specific arrangements for the stage performances. Ben was here, and they all immersed themselves into work with passion.

When they took a first break, Ben came to Avi and told him:

- Your voice has changed. Your low notes are stronger, and I wonder if you wouldn't be able to hit even lower ones. Same about you Mitch, he added, turning to him. Your voices are more powerful. Something has changed. I had noticed it during the last two days, but today it's obvious.

- I feel something different, said Avi slowly. As if something had opened itself in my throat, or my chest, or both...

- Or in your heart maybe, dragon-bird, says Scott quitely.

- Scott!!!

- Don't shout at me Kirstie! I'm teasing them a little, that's right, but I'm also more than half serious.

- It's not as silly as it could sound, replied Ben with a thoughtful smile. You are both living something strong, it's pretty obvious. And something has changed for sure in your voices. We will have to explore it, he added with a sudden smile. I've never witnessed that before!

Avi and Mitch shared a glance. Their story was special, they already felt it. But the fact that it was having an impact on what was the center of their lives made it even more meaningful.

They spent the next hours exploring their register, adjusting some arrangements. They were all quite excited. When the day came to its end, they were surprised: time had passed so quickly!

The five gathered in their room and rested on the couches. Scott looked at Avi and Mitch with a disturbing smirk.

- Don't bird-talk us again, Scott! exclaimed Mitch, half-frowning, half-laughing.

- Angel-bird and dragon-bird, I find it nice! giggled Scott. But that's not what I was thinking about, actually.

- I'm scared, replied Avi.

- Don't be. I was thinking about Tour. About our set list.

- And?

- About Let's Get It On, to be precise. Will we keep on singing it?

- Why not? It would be weird if we didn't. You think I won't be able to handle the girls anymore?

- I was just wondering if it could make you uncomfortable. Or Mitchie. Or both.

- That's nice of you, Scott, replied Avi softly. But I know how to play out, and I know how to stop. I've done this during all last year. And you weren't there to back me up, as you even didn't know what was going on in my mind... Pentatonix needs to keep this song, and its sexy bassman, he added with a smirk. At least for a while. I'll make it. With you this time, he added with a questioning smile.

- With us, said Kevin firmly. Count on it. You'll send me the girls! he added playfully.

- Kevin! I thought you were the serious one! exclaimed Kirstie

They all laughed and the matter was closed.
