Happiness surrounded Maheswari family and today wasn't an exception. The environment was jovial as they mingle after a busy day but everything went silent hearing Khushi's next statement.
"Maa I think it's time for Didu to start thinking on how to promote me to a maasi"uttered Khushi dropping the bomb while others looked at her in astonishment for being blunt.
Cough was heard all over the surrounding while laksh hiss in pain after chewing his tongue his face giving out a funny expression .
"Lucky why are you making that face?"question Khushi staring at him who glared her in return.
"Then what should I make? you could at least inform me before blurting such statement. I thought we are partners in crime and you'l indude me in your pranks"accused laksh while others stared between the two
"When didn't I indude you in my pranks"questioned a confused Khushi
"Just now"uttered annoyed Laksh still hissing due to pain
"Your really dumb, when did I prank?here am being serious having faith on Didu atleast she'll fulfil my wish for having useless brothers I can't expect to be Bua soon"told Khushi casually
"So it wasn't a prank?you and Bhai are same always dropping bomb without warning "countered laksh
"But until today I thought she's your twin lucky"chirped in sanskar
"You hurt me bhai, how can you think this chipanzee can be my twin?me lucky!look how handsome I am then look at her how can you compare us two?"responded laksh giving Sanskar a betrayed look failing to see Khushi's glare
Everyone stared at the three amused until they heard laksh cry out for help. Others looked at the two in confusion,moments ago was Laksh taunt and the next minute was Khushi's tight grip on his hair.
The siblings found it amusing but they hid their chuckle enjoying every second. What followed was Adarsh and Sanskar scream who were hit with brooms and ended up whining rubbing the spot.
"Maa!what was that for?"exclaim sanskar moving away from Sujata so is Adarsh while Laksh felt relieved when Khushi left his hair but he was rubbing his scalp to relieve it from pain.
"Your asking me Chore ,continue smiling like moments ago"glared Sujata
"But ma, I wasn't the only one smiling......"said Sanskar but seeing a raised broom he moved far from Sujata
Laksh was prepared to run the moment he saw his mother and Chachi heading towards them but their mothers were faster than them who held their ears making the two whine.
"You two why do you behave like kids"question Sujata
"Choti maa, she's the one who started by pulling my hair?"blamed laksh earning a glare from Khushi
"Your the one who called me monkey"complained Khushi
"But that's what you are"said laksh but hiss when Anu added the intensity of squeezing his ears.
