The Next Day

"wow, both my babies grew up and fell in love. Not gonna lie I seen it coming" JJ said as we were laying on my bed

I had just told her about the situation that happen a couple days ago with me and chase. like I said jj has been there since I could remember and she's my big sister I never had. I tell her everything.

"love is a strong word" I said putting a m&m in my mouth 

"oh girl please I see it in about 4-5 years yall will be grown grown then." she said stealing a m&m out my bag popping it in her mouth as well. 

"idk jj like we graduate in may, I dont even know what I want to do yet and I know he's getting his basketball scholarships lined up. College is for people to explore, especially for boys. I dont wanna take that from him" i said look over at her

"Girl. explore what? sex. be fr bear. if the man said he liked u and yall been friends 14/15 years he's had to have been feeling this way for a while. this aint nothing new I bet you."  she said shaking her head

im overthinking. ew. 

Chase 🖤- im outside.

"speaking of the devil he's here." I said looking at my phone on my nightstand, before grabbing it and texted back

k🖤- the door is unlocked. in my room. 

" you want me to ask em, you know I will" jj looked at me

"ask him what"

"what he sees for yall future."

"umm no what the fu- freak. Im already overthinking it don't add nothing to it." I laughed 

"k why I just look on tw- JJ!" chase stopped when he seen jj laying on my bed. he walked over and laid on top of her giving her a hug

"boy u got big as fuck and what the depth I hear in your voice?" she smiled hugging him back 

"my tia says that I dont hear it."

"omg  u went from Elmo to dark Vader. how long have I been gone!" she semi-yelled

 He chuckled and look over at me 

"hey" 

"hey" I said with a smile

jj whispered something in his ear and patted his back to get up. when he got up He nodded and smiled at her.

"well imma go finish unpacking and go check on my son" she said getting up not before sending me a wink 

I rolled my eyes 

she think she slick. 

"omg dior is here too, what we having a family reunion" chase said as he was taking off his shoes to take her spot on my bed
