Chapter 21: Lockdowns Part 3

Henry's Pov
"The internet's still working, right?" I asked.
"Nope," said Ray.
"How long till the tubes work again?" Char asked.
"It's 3:30. And the power usually takes a couple hours to come back."

Char's Pov
"Charlotte Gabriella Bolton!" yelled Henry, as I snatched his phone away from him.
"My middle name is NOT Gabriella!" I said.
"Whatever, gimme my phone Gabby!" pouted Henry.
"Neverrr," I said. He started to chase me. "Ray, Catch!" I yelled. Then I threw Henry's phone, and Ray caught it. Henry eventually snatched it away from him.
"I'm bored," I said.
"Yeah me too," said Henry. "Or on a second note, I could use a nap..." he said. Then his eyes rolled back, and Henry collapsed onto the couch. Then my legs started melting, and I couldn't hold myself up any longer.
"Nighty-night," I mumbled, before collapsing onto the couch as well.

Henry's Pov
I woke up feeling groggy. Gooch and Ray were talking. As I attempted to sit up, I had to lay back down because I felt a weight on my chest. When I looked, I saw Char asleep with her eyelids slightly open. "Why did we fall asleep?" I asked.

Gooch then turned around to face me. He was wearing a gas mask. "I was testing out the scentless sleeping gas I invented for Captain Man and Kid Danger." That's when Charlotte slowly sat up.
"So how come Ray didn't get knocked out?"
"I'm indestructable, remember?" he said.
"So, how did you get down here Gooch?" asked Charlotte.
"I took the elevator, why?" said.
"The power's back on!" I yelled. Then Char and I raced to the tubes. "UP THE TUBES!"
