we originally left the house to get marlee some food but we ended up at the galleria .

hunesti said that we needed to get her some stuff and she was right , nique ain't leave her shit.

we was at the food court , hunesti was feeding marlee canes .

i was just admiring the fact of how good she was with kids .

i was still pissed off at the bruises that was on marlee's stomach .

i had doubt that she wasn't mine but ion care youn beat on no child .

" you done ?" hunesti asked marlee who nodded

" alright , such a big girl ." she said as she wiped her mouth

we was gone get her a car seat and some new clothes and shoes .

i knew i was bout to have to spend a bag but ian even care for real .

the first store we went into was osh kosh b gosh or some shit .

ion wtf hunesti had going but i just knew we was finna be all over this mall .

we went to the lil girls section and she went crazy .. she got her about 20 outfits some socks and panties and a couple pair of shoes .

" wtf is this ? " i said holding a pair of shoes up

" them are cuteeee " she said rolling her eyes

" my baby not finna be wearing no jesus sandals nigga " i said being dead ass

" she gone in the newest sneakers out " i said making hunesti laugh

" im done in here " she said

" wym in here ?" i asked jerking my head

" this enough to last her a lifetime i said looking at the cart

we got to the counter and the total was $215.56

" oh shit , this slight " i said relieved thought that shit was gone be wayy more .

" we gone go to macy's next since we down here ." hunesti said

i wasn't exactly with this shopping shit , i was ready to go .

we had just got home from the mall , hunesti had marlee in the tub while i was fixing her car seat up .

who tf buy a car seat that you have to put together wtf .

we was gone put marlee in one of the guest ones , tomorrow hunesti was gone get stuff for her room

i wasn't going with her for that shit i did enough today

i told her i'd give her money and she could do what ever .

i was almost done with this car seat

i had texted nique and asked her about the bruises on marlee but she ain't never respond

her ass playing with fire on my uncle nem .

beating on that lil ass girl that shit lame .

i was getting frustrated with that fucking car seat so i figured i'd worry abt something else

i had 2 other rooms in my house , i figured i'd give my daughter the biggest one .

i started taking all her stuff in the room and putting it up .

hunesti bought some hangers and shit so i figured i'd start putting her clothes up .

about 15 mins later hunesti walked in .

" where she at ?" i asked

" she's sleep ..." she said as she came behind me

" you okay baby ?" she asked rubbing my shoulders

" im straight " i lied

" sincere don't lie to me .. " she said

" im okay hunesti "

" no your not and that's okay , this is a big change in your life and wether you like it or not it's happening ." she said

" i know that the bruises made you feel some type of way as well but it's okay now , she's with us " she said as she picked up hangers helping me put the clothes up .

about an hour later we was done with the clothes and now we were taking her shoes in the room .

i got her bout a cool 50 pair along with the shoes hunesti got .

i wanted to make sure my kid was straight ..

" not the newbiesssss " hunesti said making me laugh

" you childish cuhhh " i said mashing her face

she was tryna keep a smile on my face and i respected her for that

" you got her shoes like she a boy bae " she said

" just cause they red don't mean they boy shoes " i said snatching the box from her

" she gone need a ipad or a phone or something ." hunesti said

" i know " i said the whole time at the mall she was asking for my or essy's phone

i know these next few weeks would be rough for me and hunesti

a child is something big and being that we were both new to her was wild .

" i just want you to know what ever happens im here for you sincere " she said grabbing my face making me look at her

those words made me feel so much better .

" thank you mama " i said as i pecked her lips

before i knew it she hopped up and ran to the bathroom

i heard her throwing up so i followed her ..
