I smile, sitting in the library and casually reading. So peaceful...so quiet...But of course that doesn't last in this home. Never for long when chaos is lurking. Yes, agents of chaos lurks around in the castle of negativity. Shocker. And one of these agents is called....
Killer.
SLAM!
"ERROR!"A voice shouts
Speaking of whom....
I glance over, seeing him run into the library.
"I thought that I'd find you here! And now is the perfect time with Boss busy!"He says
"WhAt f0r?"I ask
"I heard Boss and Horror discussing their love lives and fantasying about the future. SO if the relationship is ever going to move forward as he intends, then you need some education since he obviously has NO experience to help things!"He says
Hmm...It is true...I have never touched anything considering future possibilities nor have I read about it. Especially considering sex..but...
"OoKaY? I wiLl juSt f1nD b0oKs iN tH3 hUg3 libRaRy."I say
"No, that won't help much depending on the sources. Those books get too technical and make it confusing or sound like an owner's manual to working an engine more than an experience. It's better to learn from someone with experience since they can adjust it to your situation."He says
"AnD wHo miGhT tHaT bE?"I ask
He grabs me, pulling me away through a portal. I look around, recognizing UnderLust. He quickly hunts Lust down and grins.
"Hey Lust! Can you help? Nightmare intends to move forward with Error and he doesn't have experience in the field."Killer says bluntly
"Say no more. Come along darlings."He says, leading us away with a grin
He takes us to a private room but has Killer wait outside this is a private subject. He shuts the door, having me sit in a chair. He oulls out a board and writes one word in bold letters: CONSENT!
"I think this is the biggest thing to discuss with you first. It's very important, especially for a newbie. Now consent is an agreement between participants to engage in sexual activity. Consent should be clearly and freely communicated. A verbal and affirmative expression of consent can help both you and Nightmare to understand and respect each other’s boundaries. Let me be clear, this cannot be given when one of you is intoxicated or incapacitated by drugs or alcohol, or asleep or unconscious. If someone agrees to an activity under pressure of intimidation or threat, that isn’t considered consent because it was not given freely. You must communicate throughout the entire activity and your consent can be withdrawn at any point if you're uncomfortable. There's nothing wrong with that."He explains
He pauses to let the info sink in.
"Now signs that your consent decision isn't being respected could include your partner refusing to acknowledge no, or having a partner that isn't focusing on you that may be disengaged, unresponsive or visibly upset. Another issue involves assumptions which I have dealt with hundreds of times. This includes assuming that wearing certain clothes, flirting, or kissing is an invitation for anything more without you saying so, someone being incapacitated because of drugs or alcohol, attempting to pressure someone into sexual activity by using fear or intimidation, or assuming you have permission to engage in a sexual act because you’ve done it in the past. Just because you wear a certain shirt or have done it before gives nobody the right to act on their desires. Especially if they're trying to incapacitate or intimidate you so you can't openly reject it or get away. Now I doubt Nightmare would do that to you from what I've heard about him with you but I just want you to be aware since there are some real dirty freaks out there."He tells me, erasing the board to write something else.
